We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in. Once we were in the room was nicely decorated with a good shower. Bed was two singles pushed together with a double sheet over and worked reasonably well as a double. Everything you need is there and with it being located right by the river is an additional benefit for those enjoying a swim or use the watersport equipment available as part of the house.
