The property includes an EV charger, private hot tub, bikes, outdoor games, and beach chairs, bags, and toys for the perfect day at the beach.

Location:
Sorry Knot Sorry is located in the Seabrook community, along the Pacific Coast of the Olympic Peninsula. The community is located on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The home is located within a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Outdoor Space:
The property has outdoor access in the front and back of the home. The front covered patio has two rocking chairs to enjoy a peaceful setting. The spacious backyard has two seating setups. One around a firepit with 4 chairs, the second is a table top with an additional 4 chairs. We also have a private hot tub. The property has two adult bikes to explore the town of Seabrook. We have tommy bahama chairs, pickleball set & corn hole.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal. We have stocked all the essentials including, but not limited to, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, cutting boards, hot water kettle, knife set, plus more.

Coffee Bar:
We have a keurig provided for your stay with everything you need to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

Dining Area:
There is a full dining area with a table for 4 set inside the benchtop breakfast nook.

Living Room:
A spacious living area that contains a couch plus one chairs sitting in front of a fireplace mantel and 30” Roku Smart TV.

Master Bedroom:
Located on the 2nd floor, the master bedroom has a king size mattress, hotel style bedding, dresser, closet, and 30” Roku Smart TV.

Second Bedroom:
Located on the 2nd floor, the second bedroom has a split bunk bed with a twin bed on the top bunk and queen bed on the bottom bunk. The room includes a dresser, closet, and 30” Roku Smart TV. There are games located under the bunk bed.

Bathrooms:
The home has a full bathroom upstairs, including a shower with a detachable shower head. The ½ bath is located downstairs next to the kitchen. These are fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels.

Laundry:
The home has a full sized washer and dryer for use during your stay.

For Dog Owners:
The closet near the kitchen includes toys and balls for your pup. We are located 1 block away from the community off leash dog park. Your dog can also run off leash on the beach. After a day at the beach, the shower upstairs has a detachable shower head for you to rinse your dog off. There are waste bags located throughout the Seabrook community should you happen to forget yours. We have warm and cold outdoor shower hoses.

Welcome to Periwinkle Cottage at Seabrook. This two bedroom, two bathroom cottage is perfect for your next beach getaway! Located directly on the North Alder Park, this cottage is in the perfect location. The covered front porch, complete with outdoor furniture, faces the North Alder Park. The park hosts a community fireplace, complete with wood and outdoor furniture. Take a quick walk to the beach VIA the Elk Creek Beach Promenade, the beautiful Pacific Ocean is just a five minute walk away!

Need to check in at work? Simply connect to Periwinkle Cottage's private Wi-Fi network with high speed internet available to easily work remotely from your rental. Step into the Periwinkle Cottage and you are greeted by bright and cheery décor. The living room hosts a warm wood burning stove, with wood provided by Seabrook. The home does also have a central heating system.
After a day at the beach, wind down with family and friends and watch your favorite television show on the large screen smart TV with access to Netflix and Prime video.

Book at the Beach is your vacation paradise. This well-appointed cabin features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, and a light, bright open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, skylights, and great southern exposure. Outside you'll find sunny decks on three sides, and Adirondack chairs.

Dog-friendly and equipped to keep the four-legs happy, this cabin features a fully fenced dog run right outside the back door, a rare find at Seabrook, as well as a comfy dog bed, toys, treats, dog towels, and leash anchors on the front porch and side yard. For easy post-beach cleanup, hoses are located in the side yard and the dog run.

Book at the Beach comfortably sleeps 4 with a memory foam Queen bed downstairs and two memory foam Twins in the loft that easily convert to a King - another rare find among the smaller Seabrook properties. All bedding and conversion kit are supplied with either setup.

The downstairs bedroom has a full closet and a back door that leads to the deck, hot tub, and dog run. The full-height loft is 7' tall at its peak, nearly 2' taller than any other loft in Beach Camp!

Located in Seabrook's Alderwood district in the center of the Seabrook neighborhood, it’s a short walk or bike to the beach and town, and just steps to the playground, dog park, community pool, and farm district where you can greet the ducks and horses. Named for the feeling you have when you enter, Sunny Side Up is truly a sunny and comfortable place – you won’t want to leave!

Indoors: Enjoy the smart layout with over 1,000 sq feet on a single level, in one of the most spacious 2 bedroom homes in Seabrook.

Kitchen/Living Spaces: The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed with all major and minor appliances, dishes, cups, pots/pans and cooking utensils. Sit at the bar for casual breakfasts, or enjoy meals together at the dining table. The living room has cozy couches and a gas fireplace, with a smart TV to watch local news or stream your favorite shows. Enjoy the DVD player with a selection of DVDs, or browse the books, board games, and puzzles. A full laundry room is also located off of the kitchen. We strive to provide everything you need while enjoying your vacation at Sunny Side Up!

Beds/Baths: The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed and attached ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is light and airy, with a queen bed to accommodate another couple, or for the kids! A second full bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the second bedroom. If you're a group of six, there's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with memory foam mattress.

Outdoors
With so much to do, Sunny Side Up is the ideal home-base for your family weekend, couples getaway, or friends’ adventure!
At the House: Sip coffee and soak up morning sunshine on the front porch, or share a cocktail for happy hour in the Adirondack chairs on the sunny back porch! Don't forget your s'mores makings -- Sunny Side Up has a private fire pit in the pleasant courtyard -- where you can enjoy evenings around the campfire while listening to crashing waves in the distance.

Adventures: Sunny Side Up is just steps from the big park and community pool. A stash of beach toys is provided, and bring your bikes for the trails or your rackets for tennis, pickle ball, or badminton. Walking trails can be accessed just across the street from Sunny Side Up, and the little hill on Compass Street is a favorite spot for kids that love to go fast on their bikes. More serious bikers can check out the single-track (with tracks for all skill levels). If rain is in the forecast, bring your rain boots for splashing around town! After outdoor adventures, rinse off your sandy beach toys, bikes, doggies, and toes in the warm-water outdoor shower!

Electric Vehicle Charging: There is ample parking in front of the house on Compass Street, or check out our newly added private driveway beside the garage – complete with a NEMA 14-50 outlet for your Electric Vehicle. We decided to install the EV charger for our guests both as a courtesy, and to support clean air and a healthy environment!

Pups/Pets: Sunny Side Up is a pet-friendly vacation home. We provide a "canine cupboard" with food bowls and dog towels for wiping sandy paws. Pups will enjoy the fully fenced backyard area too! Seabrook is a wonderful and welcoming community for dogs… after all, they’re part of the family!
