Location:
Sorry Knot Sorry is located in the Seabrook community, along the Pacific Coast of the Olympic Peninsula. The community is located on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The home is located within a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Outdoor Space:
The property has outdoor access in the front and back of the home. The front covered patio has two rocking chairs to enjoy a peaceful setting. The spacious backyard has two seating setups. One around a firepit with 4 chairs, the second is a table top with an additional 4 chairs. We also have a private hot tub. The property has two adult bikes to explore the town of Seabrook. We have tommy bahama chairs, pickleball set & corn hole.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal. We have stocked all the essentials including, but not limited to, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, cutting boards, hot water kettle, knife set, plus more.

Coffee Bar:
We have a keurig provided for your stay with everything you need to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

Dining Area:
There is a full dining area with a table for 4 set inside the benchtop breakfast nook.

Living Room:
A spacious living area that contains a couch plus one chairs sitting in front of a fireplace mantel and 30” Roku Smart TV.

Master Bedroom:
Located on the 2nd floor, the master bedroom has a king size mattress, hotel style bedding, dresser, closet, and 30” Roku Smart TV.

Second Bedroom:
Located on the 2nd floor, the second bedroom has a split bunk bed with a twin bed on the top bunk and queen bed on the bottom bunk. The room includes a dresser, closet, and 30” Roku Smart TV. There are games located under the bunk bed.

Bathrooms:
The home has a full bathroom upstairs, including a shower with a detachable shower head. The ½ bath is located downstairs next to the kitchen. These are fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels.

Laundry:
The home has a full sized washer and dryer for use during your stay.

For Dog Owners:
The closet near the kitchen includes toys and balls for your pup. We are located 1 block away from the community off leash dog park. Your dog can also run off leash on the beach. After a day at the beach, the shower upstairs has a detachable shower head for you to rinse your dog off. There are waste bags located throughout the Seabrook community should you happen to forget yours. We have warm and cold outdoor shower hoses.

Dog-friendly and equipped to keep the four-legs happy, this cabin features a fully fenced dog run right outside the back door, a rare find at Seabrook, as well as a comfy dog bed, toys, treats, dog towels, and leash anchors on the front porch and side yard. For easy post-beach cleanup, hoses are located in the side yard and the dog run.

Book at the Beach comfortably sleeps 4 with a memory foam Queen bed downstairs and two memory foam Twins in the loft that easily convert to a King - another rare find among the smaller Seabrook properties. All bedding and conversion kit are supplied with either setup.

Don't forget your s'mores makings -- Sunny Side Up has a private fire pit in the pleasant courtyard -- where you can enjoy evenings around the campfire while listening to crashing waves in the distance.

Adventures: Sunny Side Up is just steps from the big park and community pool. A stash of beach toys is provided, and bring your bikes for the trails or your rackets for tennis, pickle ball, or badminton. Walking trails can be accessed just across the street from Sunny Side Up, and the little hill on Compass Street is a favorite spot for kids that love to go fast on their bikes. More serious bikers can check out the single-track (with tracks for all skill levels). If rain is in the forecast, bring your rain boots for splashing around town! After outdoor adventures, rinse off your sandy beach toys, bikes, doggies, and toes in the warm-water outdoor shower!

Electric Vehicle Charging: There is ample parking in front of the house on Compass Street, or check out our newly added private driveway beside the garage – complete with a NEMA 14-50 outlet for your Electric Vehicle. We decided to install the EV charger for our guests both as a courtesy, and to support clean air and a healthy environment!

Pups/Pets: Sunny Side Up is a pet-friendly vacation home. We provide a "canine cupboard" with food bowls and dog towels for wiping sandy paws. Pups will enjoy the fully fenced backyard area too! Seabrook is a wonderful and welcoming community for dogs… after all, they’re part of the family!

The kitchen is stocked with all appliances and gadgets, including a crockpot for winter stews, and a blender for smoothies and margaritas. Monkeydoodle even has three different coffee-making implements (standard coffee pot, french press and brew station) in case the perfect cup of coffee.

The living room also blends local, handcrafted furniture with a top of the line sofa and reclining chairs. A 46-inch HDTV fronts the sleeper sofa and gas fireplace. If you’re not in the mood to watch a wide variety of movies (McQueen to Nemo), then there are plenty of books, games and puzzles for your entertainment. There is also an HDMI switch connected to the TV, so you can bring along your own streaming device like Chromecast or Apple TV.

Downstairs, the kids can enjoy their own bunkroom with a 29-inch TV. Rather than choose a gaming system for you, we’ve provided an HDMI switch to allow you to plug in your own console and continue your existing games. All beds have down comforters plus ultra-soft throws. Good luck getting them out of their pillow-top mattresses in the morning!

The primary bedroom boasts a hybrid coil/memory foam pillow-top mattress, as well as a 36-inch flatscreen smart TV. We are also excited about the adjustable shower-head and shower bar in the bathroom, so the shorter bathers can also enjoy a powerful stream of water.

This spacious 3400 sq ft haven features a 5-person hot tub for the ultimate coastal spa experience. Comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms, and their furry friends, it's the perfect retreat for family gatherings or group getaways on the Washington coast.


Our Bell Tent, located on our adjacent property, is available as an add-on /separate rental May - Mid September, and is not included in the primary house rental. The Bell Tent is on our separate property & does not share outdoor space with the main house.

Our cozy tent sleeps 2 and includes a comfy full size bed, wood burning fireplace, bistro table and a private, full heated bathroom & washer/dryer located in the new garage next to the tent. A firepit, propane grill and picnic table are also on the property, for private use.

Freshen Up: Please shower before taking a dip. It helps keep the water pristine and extends the life of our filtration system. Please note sunscreen & lotion clog the filter & turn the water green. A $150 charge will apply for excessive cleaning that requires the hot tub to be drained & filled.

Family Fun: Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Drink Responsibly: While we want you to relax, please limit alcohol consumption in the hot tub for your safety.

Temperature Control: For your comfort and safety, we've set an optimal temperature. Please don't adjust it.

Easy Does It: No jumping or diving in the hot tub. Let's keep it calm and relaxing!

Quiet Please: To respect our neighbors, please
keep voices down and observe quiet hours after 10 PM.

Cover Up: When you're done, please replace the cover. It keeps the heat in and debris out.

In Case of Emergency: First aid supplies are in the downstairs bathroom, and emergency contact information are located in our guest book.

Cozy and affordable studio, The Ladybug is nested snugly in the oceanfront neighborhood of Pacific Glen in Seabrook where a walk on the beach is about a minute away!

The space
Just visualize this perfect getaway for two: three playful, limited-run Charlie Harper prints adorn the walls of the main room which is fitted with a full bed, a reading chair, free Wi-Fi, and a wall mounted, flat screen 32" TV that streams Netflix as well as other internet viewing options. The Caesar stone kitchenette includes a mini-dishwasher, mini-fridge, microwave oven, and glass electric kettle - great for prepping light meals and snacks. The eating area is tucked in under one of the four windows, all of which provide an open, airy feeling; however, privacy is assured with blinds that still let in the light. The bathroom is spacious, with a subway-tiled, high end shower and even more storage space.
Besides the wonders of the beach, guests have full access to all of Seabrook's amenities, which include: swimming pool, biking and walking trails, fitness center, restaurants, and merchants.

After a full day at the beach and town center, biking or hiking on nearby trails, or exploring Olympic National Park rainforests, retreat to the serenity and quiet of Seabrook's Farm District. This one-bedroom second-floor carriage house offers the perfect cozy and affordable getaway for one or two guests, with lots of windows and remarkable natural light with what might be the best and most expansive views in the eastern part of Seabrook. Watch horses graze in the pasture, bald eagles soar overhead, trees sway gracefully in the wind, and the setting sun from the dining table or outside balcony. The living room has a wall-mounted 40-inch flat screen HD television and a Blu-ray/DVD player. Free cable and WiFi. Welcome to Forest Moon, built in one of Seabrook’s newest neighborhoods, Fernwood Station. You’ll be surrounded by forest, charmed by the moonlight, and greeted by bistro light ambiance on the front porch.

The space
Step inside this small footprint cottage where you’ll ‘feel’ the cozy and spaciousness from the calming greens, vaulted ceilings, and streaming sunlight. Being a stone’s throw from Basecamp, mountain biking, and hiking trails, Forest Moon is extra dog-friendly for outdoorsy adventurers with a four-legged sidekick. The cottage offers dog bowls and splash mat, a dog blanket, and a dog mat for wiping (cute) muddy paws.

For the humans, this cottage has a full bedroom plus two comfy built-in bunk beds with storage drawers and each their own reading light. Great for kids and adults too. Overall, this cozy cottage sleeps four people – like a small family or best friends.

In addition to everything, you’ll find a Smart TV with the Sports package and streaming apps. There’s also high-speed internet and a spare monitor, and a record player with an assortment of vintage records to enjoy. To top it off, Forest Moon has an EV charging station – just bring your own charging cable.

On your way to town is the Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center. Town center shopping, eating, groceries, and the arcade are an enjoyable 15-minute walk or a 7-minute bike ride from Fernwood Station. Only 3 minutes beyond the town center is the shoreline of the Pacific Ocean where you can clam dig, beachcomb, and remain past sunset.

Welcome to Wayfinder, a pet-free, modern-eclectic home located on Lily Walk Promenade, backing onto a natural preservation area of Seabrook.

The space
Freely enter your beach retreat through one of two garden gates. From the Lily Walk Promenade, you’re warmed immediately on the sunporch that has a family table for games and dinners plus a comfy chair for you to finally start that book your best friend recommended. Enter Wayfinder from the parking spot off Lily Lane and you see the hallway to the primary bedroom and en suite bath as well as the living area.

Wayfinder’s living area, with a vaulted ceiling and puffy two-piece sectional, is adjacent to the one-wall kitchen designed for a compact footprint and more living space. Right beside the Smart TV is the ladder stairway to the loft, which includes a trundle twin for sleeping and a corner desk with a bonus Smart Monitor. This desk and big-screen monitor can be used as a docking station/keyboard/mouse to plug in your laptop for a working getaway, or as a third TV with remote. Both full Queen bedrooms are steps away, so the Wayfinder restfully sleeps five.

If you’re looking for fresh air and southwest sunshine, enjoy the cobblestone patio, Adirondack chairs, and firepit surrounded by a manicured hedge and trees for relaxation and privacy. From Wayfinder’s back patio or front sunporch, you are a 3-minute walk to Compass Park and 3 more minutes to Crescent Park and the Crescent Park Indoor Pool. If you walk southeast, you’ll discover the Sunrise Outdoor Pool and Fitness Center.

For shopping, dining, and entertainment (even gaming at the arcade or rejuvenating at the spa), the town center is right up the way. You can walk the streets, stroll the promenades, and hike the trails to the beach and beyond.

The Chicken Coop is the cutest little cottage in Seabrook. In a beautiful setting up in the Farm District of Seabrook you can enjoy the views of the woods and little orchards while sitting on the covered porch in one of our Adirondack chairs.

The space
The Chicken Coop is located just across the street from Horseshoe Park and a half block to the equestrian center. You can take an easy walk down to the town center through the village or on one of the walking paths to other parks, shops and the beach.

Inside this cozy country cottage you will find all of the amenities of the larger homes in our quaint beach community. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The Ninja coffee bar allows you to make lattes' and other special coffee drinks as well as regular coffee. In addition to the Belgian waffle maker and slow cooker, you will find the normal kitchen appliances like toaster, blender and mixer. There is a Weber gas BBQ on the porch. But if you don't want to cook there are restaurants within walking distance right in Seabrook and others in the area.

The Chicken Coop has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a loft with two extra-long twin beds that can be combined to make a king bed. All are super comfy beds with quilts and warm blankets. The bathroom boasts beautiful white tile and a large shower.

The living area has a gas fireplace, TV, Blu-ray player and cable TV. There is also a TV up in the roost (loft). Of course there is Wi-Fi and telephone service with unlimited calling to the US and Canada.

The cottages grouped together in the farm district are perfect for couples, families and those who want to be in close proximity to the rest of their group, but not share a home.

Seabrook was created as both a family town with activities and events and also as an adult retreat in a tranquil setting. When you are not at the beach picnicking, flying kites, clamming, walking or enjoying a campfire, you can take advantage of the many amenities of our very unique beach community. These include the gym, indoor swimming pool, basketball/pickleball court, shuffleboard and horseshoe areas, equestrian center, hiking and mountain bike trails, restaurants, spa, shops and events. Seabrook is a biking and walking town. You can sit on one of benches scattered throughout town, let the kids play in one of the parks, warm up by one of the fire pits or just walk the quiet streets through town down to the waterfront promenade and the beach.

If you want to take an outing, beyond Seabrook there are many options. Our favorite is a short drive to The Olympic National Forest to have lunch at the Quinault Lodge in the Roosevelt room overlooking the lake. From there it is another short drive to the beautiful Ruby Beach which has been featured in many travel books and magazines.

Please come and experience the magic of all of this first hand. We don't think it will be your only visit.

Unwind on the front porch rocking chairs and watch the orchard trees grow while you take in the beautiful views of Horseshoe Park and Windgate Barn. Once inside you will find a cozy, yet spacious cabin with a great room, loft, bedroom and bathroom. Get creative in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table for four - or relax and have a glass of wine while sitting on the sectional sofa in front of the gas fireplace. Just down the hall you will find the back-entryway that leads to your very own parking space, bathroom, and the main floor bedroom. That's not all, you can also climb up the ladder and experience loft style sleeping in the twin beds.

Welcome to The Little Pearl, a natural gem located on a quiet promenade across from Crescent Park, the original of Seabrook’s 18+ parks.

The space
This cheery carriage house tucked along the Garden Promenade invites you to stop in and stay a while. Its beachy blue colors and natural light combine perfectly to begin your minibreak or weekend getaway with a smile. Sitting on the fluffy sofa (that doubles as a sleeper) and surrounded by pillows, you and your kids or travel friends can plan a stroll through the pathway and trees, a marshmallow roast in the firepit steps from your front gate, a swim in the indoor pool across the grass, or a 5-minute walk to town via Meriweather Square.

The Little Pearl is comfortable for four humans plus a four-legged pup with its single bedroom and en suite bath accessible from both the bedroom and main room. The main room is filled with sunlight where you can prepare and eat a meal, or lounge, nap, read, game, and watch TV. Begin your day with coffee overlooking the gardens along the promenade from your balcony. End your day stargazing and relaxing in the hot tub.

This cozy carriage house at the beach is just a 10-minute walk to the shoreline through the town center shops, restaurants, and market for you and your kids, friends, or pup on a weekend getaway at Seabrook.

As a guest of The Little Pearl, you have full, complimentary access to all Seabrook and its amenities, including both swimming pools and the fitness center.

Please note that The Little Pearl shares a lot with a larger home that may be owner-occupied. You will have full use of the hot tub during your stay, located in the courtyard near the driveway access.

The Little Pearl has one designated driveway parking space. Please park on the left hand side of the driveway closest to the fence and entry gate. You may access The Little Pearl through the shared courtyard, or your rental home is accessible from Garden Promenade on the front side of the house. There is additional street parking on Crescent Street and Meriweather Street.
