Sorry Knot Sorry is located in the Seabrook community, along the Pacific Coast of the Olympic Peninsula. The community is located on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The home is located within a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Outdoor Space:
The property has outdoor access in the front and back of the home. The front covered patio has two rocking chairs to enjoy a peaceful setting. The spacious backyard has two seating setups. One around a firepit with 4 chairs, the second is a table top with an additional 4 chairs. We also have a private hot tub. The property has two adult bikes to explore the town of Seabrook. We have tommy bahama chairs, pickleball set & corn hole.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal. We have stocked all the essentials including, but not limited to, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, cutting boards, hot water kettle, knife set, plus more.

Coffee Bar:
We have a keurig provided for your stay with everything you need to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

Dining Area:
There is a full dining area with a table for 4 set inside the benchtop breakfast nook.

Living Room:
A spacious living area that contains a couch plus one chairs sitting in front of a fireplace mantel and 30” Roku Smart TV.

Master Bedroom:
Located on the 2nd floor, the master bedroom has a king size mattress, hotel style bedding, dresser, closet, and 30” Roku Smart TV.

Second Bedroom:
Located on the 2nd floor, the second bedroom has a split bunk bed with a twin bed on the top bunk and queen bed on the bottom bunk. The room includes a dresser, closet, and 30” Roku Smart TV. There are games located under the bunk bed.

Bathrooms:
The home has a full bathroom upstairs, including a shower with a detachable shower head. The ½ bath is located downstairs next to the kitchen. These are fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels.

Laundry:
The home has a full sized washer and dryer for use during your stay.

For Dog Owners:
The closet near the kitchen includes toys and balls for your pup. We are located 1 block away from the community off leash dog park. Your dog can also run off leash on the beach. After a day at the beach, the shower upstairs has a detachable shower head for you to rinse your dog off. There are waste bags located throughout the Seabrook community should you happen to forget yours. We have warm and cold outdoor shower hoses.

Electric Vehicle Charging: There is ample parking in front of the house on Compass Street, or check out our newly added private driveway beside the garage – complete with a NEMA 14-50 outlet for your Electric Vehicle. We decided to install the EV charger for our guests both as a courtesy, and to support clean air and a healthy environment!

Pups/Pets: Sunny Side Up is a pet-friendly vacation home. We provide a "canine cupboard" with food bowls and dog towels for wiping sandy paws. Pups will enjoy the fully fenced backyard area too! Seabrook is a wonderful and welcoming community for dogs… after all, they’re part of the family!

The ability to walk around the town and get down to the beach from our cottage was so convenient. Our house was perfect…quiet, comfortable, well appointed and oh so cute! The stainless countertops and appliances in the kitchen give it a modern, European feel, while the custom furniture made of local, reclaimed materials evokes a more cozy Northwest vibe. The metal and wood theme continues with the rolled-steel pub table, and the wrought-iron bicycle wheel bar stools.

The kitchen is stocked with all appliances and gadgets, including a crockpot for winter stews, and a blender for smoothies and margaritas. Monkeydoodle even has three different coffee-making implements (standard coffee pot, french press and brew station) in case the perfect cup of coffee.

The living room also blends local, handcrafted furniture with a top of the line sofa and reclining chairs. A 46-inch HDTV fronts the sleeper sofa and gas fireplace. If you’re not in the mood to watch a wide variety of movies (McQueen to Nemo), then there are plenty of books, games and puzzles for your entertainment. There is also an HDMI switch connected to the TV, so you can bring along your own streaming device like Chromecast or Apple TV.

Downstairs, the kids can enjoy their own bunkroom with a 29-inch TV. Rather than choose a gaming system for you, we’ve provided an HDMI switch to allow you to plug in your own console and continue your existing games. All beds have down comforters plus ultra-soft throws. Good luck getting them out of their pillow-top mattresses in the morning!

The primary bedroom boasts a hybrid coil/memory foam pillow-top mattress, as well as a 36-inch flatscreen smart TV. We are also excited about the adjustable shower-head and shower bar in the bathroom, so the shorter bathers can also enjoy a powerful stream of water.

The hot/cold faucet outside is perfect for washing dirty dogs (of both the canine and foot variety), and the glider bench offers some variety if you’re not interested in relaxing in the Adirondack chairs while the kebabs are grilling on the Weber grill. Your dogs can enjoy the freedom of the fully-fenced front yard, and the beach cruisers and beach toys are in the shed near the front gate.

You are only steps away from the treehouse made out of the largest old growth stump in the area and the delightful gnome trail to the beach, filled with whimsical fairy houses.

Fish and Ships is a cozy two bedroom cottage designed for a relaxing getaway for one or two couples or a family of four. It is located in a quiet enclave called Lily Walk overlooking a forest preserve but within 2 minutes walk to the town center, heated indoor pool and playground and 5 minutes walk to gorgeous ocean views and sunsets. Just behind the house is a small park complete with fire pit (for smores!) and huge picnic table.

Step inside to an open concept living space with a well equipped kitchen, charming dining nook and comfy queen sleeper sofa perfect for binge watching. There is a gas fireplace to warm you up on chilly nights. Books, board games and an array of DVD/Blu-ray discs are provided as well as a 40 inch smart tv and Bose Sound Dock.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower tub and towel warmer. The first bedroom has a queen bed with views of the forest. The second bedroom has two twin beds and views of the park.

The front porch gets morning sun, a perfect place for your first cup of coffee and/or breakfast while peering through the trees and saying hi to occasional passersby enjoying the trails. Two Adirondack chairs and a storage bench are provided. There are two portable beach chairs, beach mat and tent inside the storage bench for excursions to the beach. On the south side of the house are two more Adirondack chairs with a charcoal grill.
