- "This place had everything we needed, a big fenced backyard for the dogs and nice amenities. The laundry machines are big and there was even detergent for us to use! The place was clean and cozy, we loved our stay!! It is a 30-40 min walk to amazing beaches, or a short drive. The house is a couple minutes drive to the beach and sits on a dead end street with a large lot and greenspace on all sides. We have a Smart Tv that connects to our wifi for easy access to your Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. accounts. We keep a selection of DVD’s in the house for your enjoyment as well. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the small bedroom has a bunk bed. Please make note that we have a cooktop and countertop oven (not a conventional oven). Due to space limitations the fridge/freezer is small. Please look at the pictures. The house is located in a perfect location to explore the Long Beach Peninsula. Check in was quick and simple, and the owner was available and prompt to answer any questions we may have had. The beds were comfy with plenty of blankets provided, the water pressure was great and got hot, and we loved that everything we could have needed for cooking was already stocked in the kitchen. It was so nice to come back to the house after braving some bad weather on the beach in search of clams, and enjoy a cup of tea by the woodburning stove (firewood was provided!). For pet owners- the property is fenced but there are gaps. Our border collie proudly showed us all of the different places she could get out. Not an issue for us, but I would suggest leashed potty breaks for any escape artists or runners."

The Space:
When you walk in the house you are greeted with a fully stocked open concept kitchen and a living room that is comforted with a leather couch and a couple chairs for extra seating. The kitchen has two barstool chairs for the island as well as a 2-3 person dining table around the corner. Straight ahead down the hallway on the right hand side is the main bedroom with a queen bed, a dresser, a flat screen TV, and two robes for you to enjoy. Across the hall is the bathroom where we provide the towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. At the end of the hallway is the door that leads to the backyard. Once outside, to the left will be the jetted hot tub. It is a fully fenced yard so you can be at ease knowing that your furry friends can be off leash while you relax. There is a fire pit with 4 chairs available in the backyard. Jack's Country store should have wood for sale. In the main living areas, you will find the stairs leading you to the loft. The loft is accompanied by one double bed, one twin bed, a 36” TV, and a big box of toys for those who have little ones! Down below the loft is the den with a small movie theater, two comfy bean bags and a yummy popcorn bar! Attached to the den there is a separate room for the laundry room with one washer and one dryer, free of charge. We provide unscented hypoallergenic laundry detergent and a steamer for your clothes for those who need it. Due to liability concerns, the woodstove fireplace is not available for use during your stay.

Enjoy the smell of line dried sheets, the quiet, the wildlife in the pond and the property, the roar of the ocean, birds and the soft rains. It has been fully updated, has a full bath and separate bedroom. It is located next to the main house but you have complete privacy. A fire pit is available for fires, sitting and roasting smores!

The quiet and peaceful setting. The deck and yard are inviting for just sitting, relaxing, watching the wildlife. The cottage is only fit for 3 people, 4 if kids. If more people than agreed upon in the reservation show up for the night, we will assess an additional fee of $50/person/per night. Extra people are limited to 1 night.
We are participating in AirBNB clean protocols, county has approved our safety and clean program and everything is sanitized, top to bottom. Social distancing is practiced and easy here.

You have run of the front yard, a cute deck and chair set to use and a fire pit is available. We can get a fire going for you and there are wine glasses in the cupboards to enjoy your drinks by the fire. Outdoor cooking with a grill and new, electric hot plate on request.

When arriving, turn onto 226th lane, drive all the way to the end, through the gates and towards the garage. Be considerate of our neighbors, DRIVE SLOWLY on the dirt road. A welcome flag and oar are on the fence to identify the yard.

The bathroom has a shower with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.

This cozy home has both a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a full size bed in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room so you can fit a maximum of 6 guests. All beds have quilts and comforters so you'll be nice and cozy regardless of the weather.

During clamming season there are clam guns for your use - - licenses can be purchased at Jack's Country Store.

The other great feature about this house is the outdoor space - - it's a great spot for hanging out (sunny or not!) on the covered porch, around the fire pit or at the picnic table for outdoor dining. All you do is grab a bottle of wine and some local seafood and you are all set!!

There are two smart TVs - one in the living room and the other in the main bedroom, WiFi, a propane stove to keep you cozy and books and games - all can make hanging out inside just as enjoyable as being outside.

Welcome to "The Bay Cottage," our family home away from home. Relax at this cozy cottage with a stunning view of Willapa Bay. Located just across the street from Nahcotta Tidelands and a few short blocks from Port of Peninsula where you can throw out your own crab pot. Use the bikes to take a ride to historic Oysterville or quaint downtown Ocean Park. Come back to our cozy cottage watch a movie, play games, BBQ or just relax around the back yard fire pit and watch the sunrise on the bay.

The space
Bedrooms:
Front bedroom with the bay view has 1 king newer memory foam bed with 50' smart tv with roku, netflix, hulu and discovery. 2nd bedroom has queen memory foam bed. Office includes a desk with usb plug ins and a couch that pulls out to a full size bed.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom has a brand new shower with rain head and handheld sprayer.

Kitchen and dining:
Kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Keurig with coffee to get your beach day started and tea kettle with tea bags for the cold nights around the fire. All utensils and cookware are included. Microwave for your movie night popcorn. Dishwasher, stove and oven. Dining room features a large built in bench and table big enough to seat 8 people for a fun game night.

Living room:
Living room has 55' smart tv with netflix, discovery and hulu. Sound bar for movies or music. cabinet is stocked with fun board and dice games.

Laundry room:
Laundry room/Mud room is the back door entrance where you can take your shoes off hang up your coats, use the laundry room sink or any laundry that you need after a fun day at the beach. Dog basket with couch blankets paw towels , poop bags and 2 dog bowls.

Back Deck/yard:
Back deck is a great place to turn the lights on and relax at the table while you BBQ your oysters.
Huge backyard with a fire pit and amazing view of the bay.
We have provided a clam cleaning sink, 2 clam guns, clam nets, crab pot, fishing poles and 2 bicycles in the shed for guests to use.

We are excited to have you stay in our home away from home. It is located in the quaint town in Ocean Park, WA. We are just minutes away from the beach, nestled in a small neighborhood surrounded by a serene forest. Come get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy crabbing, clamming, fishing, strolling and get back in touch with nature.

The space
Our property is a three room two bath duplex. There is approximately 1800 sq. ft. of living space.

One bathroom is located in the hallway and has a full tub. The other bath is in the master bedroom and has a shower.

There is a foosball table and ping pong table in the garage. As well as fishing poles and crabbing gear.

We provide a plethora of games in the living room for all tastes. When you have had your share of games come outside and enjoy a warm fire, while barbecuing your favorite protein.

Our home is part of a duplex. Please be kind to the tenants next door, and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
