The only signage said Ocean Paradise, and this listing should be listed as such to avoid confusion. Once we were assured we were at the correct location, it was a very enjoyable experience. "

We, and our guests, have found the home the perfect place to work remotely. The WiFi is easily connected and fast even with parents and kids all simultaneously on their teams or zoom or Webex meetings or gaming and streaming devices. We find connectivity faster with the home’s great high speed internet but few users in this small rural community than anywhere else we’ve been. Hitting the beach for quick or long brain breaks has helped us stay recharged. After hosting an extended stay family (year plus stay) at La Casita Sea Esta, we are now again hosting vacation rental guests. Prior to re-opening we've made several upgrades - new loveseat and new queen mattress and all new bed and baths linens.

Welcome to La Casita Sea Esta - located in a great location referred to as "midtown Westport." Being a smaller home, La Casita Sea Esta boasts an excellent floor plan and functions larger than its true size. You've heard location, location, location and La Casita certainly offers that. We are an easy walk to the beach, the Westport lighthouse as well as the 2.5-mile walking/biking trail along the water. We are a short walk from several restaurants, espresso/coffee, tavern and grocery store.

The home offers a spacious kitchen and is well supplied with updated appliances and all the cookware and gadgets you'd find at home - possibly even more!

The living room features a ROKU SMART TV with 70 channels provided on YouTube TV. Use your Amazon or Netflix account, DVD player, two comfortable recliners and loveseat. There is a selection of DVDs, books and games. A strong Comcast internet connection is also provided.

Both bedrooms have queen size mattresses. The mattresses and linens are of nice quality. The bedrooms are bright with nature light from the large windows, and each offers a nice view to the wooded backyard.

The bathroom is a 3/4 bath - shower only. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided. Along with bath towels.

The backyard living area is private and offers a fantastic space for quality time relaxing, dining or cooking a meal on the BBQ. Take a nap in the hammock or relax on the porch swing. Have a cozy evening by the fire pit and play a game of corn hole. From the outside you can hear the fog horns and often the ocean too. The kids' area has sandbox; beanbag toss board and a fun woodsy area to explore! The woodsy outdoor setting and outdoor living space combine for a truly unique experience likely offered in few other homes in the area.

An outdoor sink is available for guest use to clean those razor clams, crabs or your fish cleaning.

We are pet friendly but first must communicate with guests about their dog. Please contact us and we'd be happy to discuss the arrangements. There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee. Failure to disclose bringing a dog voids the reservation and forfeits all money paid. Dogs must be picked up after and be leashed when off property. The entire property is fenced/enclosed.

- "The house was beautiful, the hot tub was clean and nice to relax in after walking on the beach. There is beach access by taking a short 10-15 minute walk along a white shell covered path (located behind Oyhut Grill). I highly recommend this walk and this beach. This is where we found our seashells and sand dollars. The dock access that is pictured is located across the street from Corks and Taps. The village is a nice family and pet friendly area. My family and I will return here again!"

Quiet and Relaxing. This newer two bedroom, one bath home is only 10 minutes south of Westport. It has energy efficient heating, windows and newer appliances. Relax on the couch or next to the bonfire pit after a long day of fishing, surfing or beach-combing. This home is only 1/4 mile north from a beach access road. The Local Bar and Grill is a two minute walk; and the Hardware Store is two doors down. Ample parking, kid and pet friendly, with a fenced in backyard.

The substitute house was much nicer and bigger. All at no additional cost to us."

Mostly the other occupants were also respectful of sound and it didn't become an issue. However when the hot tub is in use it does have potential to get a little noisy, so just be aware of that. Upon arrival to the cottage I was a little underwhelmed with the cleanliness. While this is a pet friendly unit and a large part of why we chose it, I did not expect to see long dark hairs on towels, linens or the couch. There was also paper and hair in the washer. The entry ways were a little gritty to bare feet as well. Luckily there was a vaccum and broom in the closet so I quickly vacuumed and swept and we were good to go. I also vaccumed and swept prior to departure to help the cleaning crew and to leave the space better than found. We appreciated the back deck to wash and wipe paws so we weren't bringing gunk inside and the front deck to have morning coffee on. I also loved the decor of this house. I didn't personally use the dining table, games/dvds, the sitting chairs or the second bedroom but thought that the fluidity of the space was absolutely adorable. The bedrooms are small, but don't feel small. All in all the cottage puts off a very welcoming and homey vibe, is just a few miles from the beach and is right next to a small green belt area. While it looks like there will be new housing on the next street, my pup loved going through walks in the brush in the morning. This unit will be going on our short list if we are ever in the area again."

The property has outdoor access in the front and back of the home. The front covered patio has two rocking chairs to enjoy a peaceful setting. The spacious backyard has two seating setups. One around a firepit with 4 chairs, the second is a table top with an additional 4 chairs. We also have a private hot tub. The property has two adult bikes to explore the town of Seabrook. We have tommy bahama chairs, pickleball set & corn hole.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal. We have stocked all the essentials including, but not limited to, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, cutting boards, hot water kettle, knife set, plus more.

For Dog Owners:
The closet near the kitchen includes toys and balls for your pup. We are located 1 block away from the community off leash dog park. Your dog can also run off leash on the beach. After a day at the beach, the shower upstairs has a detachable shower head for you to rinse your dog off. There are waste bags located throughout the Seabrook community should you happen to forget yours. We have warm and cold outdoor shower hoses.

Enjoy a s’more by the firepit. Remember to bring your firewood. Host may remove firepit during burn ban if the burn ban is not followed by guests, as neighbors will call the fire department.

Kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring your own food. Fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, toaster-oven, dishwasher, pots/pans, rice cooker, crockpot, blender, mixer, cutting board, electric kettle, 12 cup coffee pot, salt, pepper, oil. The space
One can fish for bass and trout from the private dock. There is room for R.V. parking. Music lovers can enjoy the piano in the living room. View abundant wildlife including otter, beaver, great blue heron and deer. Even though you are just a 10 minute drive from downtown Ocean Shores the property has the quiet and seclusion of the country.

Quinalt Beach Resort and Casino is 6 miles away. Many restaurants, art galleries, gift shops, go karts and arcade, bowling alley, movie theater and grocery store just 4 miles away. There always seems to be something going on each month. Festivals, events at the Convention Center or beach activities (sand sculpture, kites, horseback riding or fireworks!

This North Cove cabin is located centrally between Westport and Tokeland off a main beach access road a minute drive or 7 to 10 minute walk. If you like crabbing, clam digging, fishing, beachcombing , surfing or even gambling Shoalwater Bay casino 3.5 minutes away South. There is one bar called the Local Bar more shops, bars and restaurants in Westport 12 minutes North.
