As our guest, you get to enjoy the luxury of our entire townhouse all to yourself.
Our place offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs as well as a specious living room and a full kitchen with a half bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a balcony where you can soak up the sun and enjoy ocean side view. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed that can sleep up to 3 children conformably. Downstairs you will find a specious living room where everyone can enjoy games or even relax with a movie night. For easy access, the television is preset to offer free access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO MAX and basic cable for additional enjoyment. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for extra space.

A maximum of 6 guest is recommended. This unit also does not allow pets. There is no smoking allowed inside the townhouse.

Linens and towels will be provided for your convenience but you will have to provide your own beach towels. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit.

There are two parking spaces available, located directly in front of the unit. Beach chairs, a tent and an umbrella are available for your enjoyment. We love sharing our home with our guests and want to thank you in advance for taking care of our home as you would your own!

Newly updated kitchen and bath! Our unit is a ground level condo which appears as a traditional townhome design. This unit sleeps a maximum of six people. There are two bedrooms with one and half baths. There is a fully stocked kitchen, dining and living areas. Each bedroom has a king size bed with one room having an additional day bed. The Living room has a fold out couch. There is free WIFI and cable TV. The unit patio is adjacent to the pool and less than 100ft to the beach. The unit has a private upper deck off the owner bedroom. The patio leads to a enclosed inner court yard for all the units. We have an onsite manager that maintains the pool and grounds. There is a large community deck adjacent to the pool with outdoor shower areas. No pets or smoking allowed.

Pine Knolls Shore area offers a more relaxed, family-oriented experience than most NC or SC resort areas are offering these days. The location of this community is set somewhat apart from the hustle and bustle, and the clean, expansive beaches provide an attractive getaway for couples and families. The unit has two floors, sleeps 6 comfortably (that is the maximum number of occupants) and has been totally remodeled for 2021. It is a great location just steps from the beach and pool.
This small development, Pine Knoll Townes III, is occupied mostly by residents and out-of-town homeowners lending itself to a friendly, safe and mature atmosphere (i.e. no wild parties). Kids especially adore the ease of beach to pool to condo access. The NC Aquarium is right down the street, Lost Treasure mini golf & raceway about 3 miles, Fort Macon 8 miles, and a short ride to historic Beaufort. Please: No smoking and No pets allowed for renters as per condo rules.

Also: Most people bring their own linens. If you choose to use our service, there is a fee. You should bring some beach towels and beach chairs.

This oceanfront complex sits perpendicular to the ocean and offers parking for two vehicles and an outdoor swimming pool for your enjoyment. Condo 2 is a townhouse-style, smoke-free condo and is conveniently located next to the outdoor pool.

The bottom level of the townhouse has a well-equipped kitchen with all major and small appliances, including a stack washer and dryer. You will also find a half bath and a living room/dining room combo. The dining area gives your family a table with seating for six so everyone can sit together! You will also find more than enough seating for the whole family to gather in front of the flat panel TV to enjoy a show or watch a DVD. The patio is a great spot for a fun family picnic!

On the top level, you will find the sleeping quarters and a full bath. The principal bedroom promises the head of the house a restful night in a queen bed. This condo is the second closest to the ocean. The main bedroom has an ocean view with a balcony off of the bedroom, and has recently been refurnished. The second bedroom has just gotten new furniture as well. The two bedrooms each has a high quality queen mattress, as well as a double futon in the second bedroom. There is wi-fi and cable television. The kitchen is small but well outfitted. Beach chairs and umbrellas are supplied. The unit is very close to the pool. and it is just steps to the beach. There is a grill and lovely patio area.

Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

The master bedroom has one of the best king size mattresses I've slept on and had a fantastic view of the ocean as did the main room. The place also had great proximity to the beach (a 2 minute walk at most). Loved the tall table and chairs on the screened in patio as well. Everything worked well, which is/was a first for me. The name is a bit weird for the place and the mix of cat "stuff" with old american style was unusual but that's was just a minor aesthetic."

Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
