It is hard to resist this relaxing charming hidden corner gem of THE WORLD'S MOST FAMOUS BEACH! As soon as you walk in the front door the ocean view is MESMERZING!!!.... Right on the beach. CAN'T GET ANY CLOSER TO THE WATER. Totally remodeled 2BDR/ 2 BATH with fun rustic coastal decor. GONE COASTAL is in SOUTHPOINT CONDOMINIUMS (UNIT #101) with TWO elevators. Our unit is directly next to the stairway which leads to private beach entrance. #101 is actually one floor up from ground level with the ground level covered parking below which makes for more privacy. This is a NO DRIVE BEACH and elegant seaside community. Way less crowded and very relaxing. Great waves for boogie boarding and surfing and the beach is covered in shells for your collecting. The sugar sand is great for bike riding along with taking refreshing grounding walks.
The view is amazing!....Sunrises are speechless and spectacular so grab your coffee or wine and RELAX and ENJOY the private balcony!!! The dolphins, whales and sea turtles frequent the area so keep an eye out. So close to the water you can almost touch it from our balcony when it's high tide.

The master bedroom also features a private bathroom and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom includes two full beds, which allows you to fit up to four people comfortably. Just off the guest bedroom in the hallway is a private bathroom with a tub/shower. There are plenty of umbrellas and chairs in the unit, along with beach toys and (for a nominal charge) two beach bicycles located in front of the parking spot assigned to your condo.

The well-stocked kitchen includes all new appliances (stove, refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer), a ceiling fan and garbage disposal, along with a Keurig and regular coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender (for those Margaritas!), pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

While the spacious dining room table seats six, three more people can sit at the kitchen counter to chat with the cook while meals are being prepared.

The living room features a 48in SMART (Netflix, Hulu, Prime movies) 4k HDMI TV and DVD player, along with a comfy couch and chairs that are perfect for taking in a view of the pristine Atlantic Ocean.

The space
• The building underwent some major repairs/updates in 2020-2021. The exterior of the building is expected to be painted Fall 2025. I'll update as I know any impact this may have on our condo and your stay (as the balcony will need to be painted)

• This unit was fully renovated at the end of 2021 (down to the studs)
• All tv’s are wall mounted Smart TV – so you can sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts. The great room tv is tilt-able and also has basic cable with OnDemand options
• The dining room table seats 6 plus an additional 4 chairs at the kitchen island
• The updated kitchen is fully-equipped. We hope you find everything you need
• The main bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, drawers as well has hangers in the closet, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower
• The guest room offers a queen-sized bed on the bottom and 2 twin bunk beds above. The hall bath, with bathtub, offers direct access into this room, creating a second “suite” if desired.
• You’ll find a washer/dryer upfront in the hall closet
• Beach chairs and a menagerie of beach toys are available in the front closet to use during your stay (supply will vary)

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire unit and amenities, including the heated pool, BBQ area, and picnic tables. Take advantage of the covered parking on ground floor or find additional parking on the 1st floor. The parking lot is directly in front of the building.

Walk to a nearby restaurant/bar or take a short drive to a plethora of others. Need to stock up? You’ll find grocery stores, liquor stores, and beach shops nearby. Looking for something to do? You’ll be less than 3 miles to the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse, the Marie Science Center, and shops that rent kayaks, paddleboards, ect. Take a boat tour to see manatee, dolphins, or to do some deep sea fishing.

The area contains a variety of restaurants and clubs. Seafood is abundant. The race fans are at home in the area with the Daytona race track within a 30-minute drive. In fact, the original Nascar race took place on this very beach. The northbound leg was on the beach and the Southbound was on the road. If you like to cook the kitchen is well stocked with all the gadgets.The neighbors are nice helpful and quiet.Rosalie is a doll to rent from.
