- "Nice" - "This is a new hotel right off the highway, nearby restaurants to eat at and conveniently located. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean although the bathroom sink drained very slowly. We did struggle with the lack of insulation between floors- you could hear everything from the room above very loudly. The beds are on metal frames directly on the laminate floor and are very noisy. They should put area rugs under the beds to cut down the noise. We did not sleep well due to the noise of the children running above us. We did eventually complain to the front desk and it did quiet down afterwards, but could still here every time some one sat on the bed or stood up from the bed. "

This home is two blocks from the beautiful wide no-drive beach. Sufficient parking for a trailered boat or RV. Much to do, birding, fishing, biking (beach cruisers included), Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Daytona Intl. Speedway, and depending on traffic, 90 minutes to Orlando's attractions.

Linger Longer Bungalow is peaceful and joyous. Just remodeled, everything is pristine with lots of amenities. The welcome basket is a fun taste of local Florida. Come visit!

We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are fun and laid back company and our owners only want to host others that are also fun or laid back. We have done everything we can think of to make this unit an awesome beach retreat and we want you to have the best time ever but we`d love to hear your suggestions, too.

Smoking: We take this very seriously. We don`t care what you smoke, just go outside to do it. We don`t mess around with this, you will lose your deposit and incur damage fees for us having to have everything (curtains, furniture, etc) cleaned if you smoke anything in the house or if you smoke near doors or windows and the smoke smell gets in the house. It`s a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. It`s Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun!

Lastly: Everyone at our company (staff and owners) really loves helping people make great vacation memories. We are human and travel too, and we try to look for the good not the bad when vacationing. The point of telling you that is that this is an awesome unit and we work really hard on it, but things can and will happen. We don`t know when the microwave will break (if it does we will replace it) or if a Florida palmetto bug will sneak in the house (we are located in Florida which is a jungle..the unit is treated for pests but sometimes they will sneak in and there is nothing we can do about it). Every unit is professionally cleaned prior to check-in but if our cleaners miss something just give us a call and we will send them right back out to fix it. If things like that would bother you, then we may not be the place for you. These are things that we have experienced as well at vacation rentals while travelling and we roll with the punches and have fun. We are not in this business to be a hotel, we have a fun place for guests to stay with friends and family that is fairly priced.. if you are uptight or looking for perfection we aren`t the place for you. If you are ready for fun in the sun with friends and family, adorable decor and a management company that will respond if you do happen to have any issues...book away and get ready to vacay! We`ve been doing this awhile and are just over uptight people that look for reasons to complain when they should be enjoying their beach vacation. We can`t wait to welcome fun and happy people to our beach town.

- "We drove down from Maryland for the Rockville festival at the speedway. We brought our 2 dogs and we love the beach. Fenced in backyard and patio made it easy for us to let the dogs hang out outside and not to have to leash them up. The place is about a 10 minute drive from a great pet friendly beach and about 15-2in from Daytona speedway. There are tons of great places to eat close by including the boondocks marina right across the street.(catch of the day was fantastic). We would definitely stay here again"

The condo has a king bed in one bedroom, and a queen in the other bedroom, plus a rollaway twin bed. The home is well stocked with beach towels, beach gear, COFFEE, creamer, and shampoo/conditioner/soaps to get your vacation started.

There is a collapsible buggy inside the condo to make your beach visit easy.. The beach is located right across the street and is at the end of the drive-on beach, so you can choose to go right to the no-drive on beach, or left to the drive-on beach! We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach bag, too!

We enjoyed the front balcony with views of the ocean and the seating area by the condo unit over looking the Halifax River. The hosts have everything you need in the condo! Everything was updated and redone last year so its like a new condo. Its in a great safe neighborhood and close enough to the beach. Just have to walk across the road and down the ramp. Even for someone with limited mobility it was doable. The view from the master bedroom and front balcony are of the atlantic. The view from the 2nd bedroom and the back balcony are of the Halifax river. We watched spectacular fireworks all along the river from the back balcony on July 4th. It was awesome! Pool is very clean and usually not alot of people in it. Alot of the people at this condo complex are residents so its not overwhelmed with renters. Quiet and laid back place not wild or loud. We couldnt have asked for more in a place to stay."

Newly renovated private apartment, very modern. Less than two miles from the beach, and shopping plaza with grocery store. You will have your own entrance and be able to come and go as you please. This unit is attached to the house but it is closed, you will have total privacy. This apartment does not include a full kitchen but does have a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

I will be there as you need me. If you want your privacy it can be like I’m not even there, I’m very easy going.

- "This stay was awesome! I have never used a BNB before and I was a bit nervous but this stay changed my entire overview of them! My three friends and I stayed here for a senior trip and there was more than enough room for all of us. It is very clean. Both the futon and the bed are super comfortable and roomy. The bathroom looks like it came out of a magazine, it is so cute! The owner provided us with shampoo soap, towels, and a blow drier! There was a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and a mini fridge. They left anything you could want for your coffee and even some oatmeal! You also do not have to worry about losing a key as it has an automatic lock with a password to it, which was great. The WiFi is great and there is a Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon account for the guests! :) The room is super close to many restaurants, excursions, and the beach is less than five minutes away. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and offers any help he can with questions about the area, etc. He even parks on the road so you have the driveway to yourself. You can tell he really does care for his guests. I highly recommend this room!!"

This is a single story 2 unit duplex style home. Home is only accessible by stairs. The back unit of the property is rented to a long term tenant in good standing and they have NO access to the front part of the home. Private parking available on site with ample parking for multiple cars as needed.

Quiet neighborhood lining the Halifax river. One of our favorite local restaurant's, Aunt Catfish's is located one block away on the corner of Dunlawton Ave. and Halifax Dr. Hardee's, Pat's Barbershop and La Cantina Mexicana are right behind us on the corner of U.S. 1.

This home features a private driveway. The beach is 3 minutes by car. Most dining options you would desire are a short 2-10 minute drive from the house. The Daytona International Speedway and/or famous Daytona Boardwalk/Pier are 15-20 minutes away.

Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit required for every booking per House Rules; booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. Unpaid deposit means no entry.
The kitchen sink takes a minute to warm up and needs to be fully turned on to hot in order to heat.

Sheets and pillows for the pull out bed will be in the sailboat bedroom closet.

Beach supplies are located in the lighthouse bedroom closet.

Vacuum, broom, etc. are also located in the lighthouse bedroom closet.

Trash cans are located at the rear of the house.

The house is a very modern design, spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of natural light. The kichen contains all appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils you would ever need. Step out of the kitchen to the back with a gorgeous in-ground pool and spa. Guests have use of a grill, smoker and outdoor fire pit. The host provided detailed instructions on the use of all amenities including the TV. She was easily accessible and replied to all of our questions within minutes. The location is convenient to plenty of restaurants, shopping and minutes from the beach. We would definitely love to stay here again."
