That proximity does come with the noise of a busy area, this was fine with us but others may enjoy a quieter location. Also know that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and the bedrooms are up a circular stair. Again, this was fine for us but if you are not comfortable with stairs this is not the place for you. Pauline with very efficient and communicative and made the check in process easy.
