- "This is the fourth year we’ve stayed at Redemption Rock Lodge and we had another perfect experience." - "Overall the property was amazing! The kitchen was adequately stocked with lots of cookware and the house was clean. The owner was very nice, however, he came to the house and stayed with us for ~30 minutes while he waited for a delivery. Would have been nice for complete privacy. There is also a camera that faces the back and side of the property that is not mentioned in the listing. We were asked about our check out time and I told the owner we would be out at the required time, however, the cleaners showed up over 1/2 hour before 11 and tried to come in while we were still at the property. We did not have any issues with bees like many others but we did have a huge issue with stink bug type bugs. Our cars were infested with them and so was the outside of the house. Many made their way inside even though doors weren’t left open."

This unit is a totally private wing of Spokane Riverfront home. (approximately 900 square feet). This is perhaps the most desirable river location in the CDA-Post Falls region, with over 164' of shoreline. Its river island creates a unique sanctuary for geese, sea gulls, occasional local bald eagles, and blue herons. We have observed muskrats, beavers, river otters, moose and deer. We also have a waterfall that brings many with cameras, and expressions of its beauty.

We have so many great restaurants in the area, and will provide references should you desire. And, we have a barbecue grill area, along with a fire pit.

The trail head, parking and Tower are located on 950 acres of private property. There is NO running water. This is a dry cabin, equipped with an outdoor propane grill and indoor wood burning fireplace. Bottled water is provided. The hiking distance from the trail head at Redemption Rock Lodge is 3 miles. Be prepared to hike in and out supplies you will need for your stay. You are asked to clean before you go. No linens. Hike in your own sleeping bags. Propane, large sleeping cots, bottled water is provided.

- "We had a wonderful time taking in the views from the tower and watching the birds play in the wind gusts, we were up in the sky with them. I can't imagine doing this hike, we rode in on a side by side with our dog. It took us two trips to get our very minimal supplies up there. Parts of the trail are very steep and even the side by side had trouble getting grip. Just as the other reviews say, this is a very advanced hike and you would need lots of water to drink on the way up. My only regret was that we really only needed one night to enjoy this place and I had booked two nights. So the second day was long and could be boring for some but we liked relaxing, sleeping, and reading. Also it's not very obvious whether there is power or lights. There is both, provided mostly by solar means to battery packs and then there is a power converter in the main part of the cabin to charge phones and the like."

This centrally located, contemporary home is just 10 minutes from Coeur d'Alene and 35 minutes from both Silverwood theme park and Spokane International airport.

Totaling 640 sq ft, our home was built as a mother-in-law suite in 2007. The space consists of a master bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen with breakfast bar, 3/4 bathroom (shower only- no tub), full laundry, built in desk and living room. A user-friendly thermostat makes controlling the central air conditioning and furnace a breeze. Wireless internet and Roku tv with netflix account already logged in are provided.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and plenty of closet space to accommodate personal belongings. Other sleeping options include a queen size sofa sleeper which is located in the living room and children's pack-n-play.

You can expect a fully equipped kitchen boasting full sized appliances along with a Keurig coffee maker. Upon arrival, the kitchen will be stocked with coffee. There is both a super center and grocery store located within a mile of the house making it easy to grab everything else you need to make your stay just like home.

On the outside, a covered patio provides a sheltered space for enjoying the beautiful north Idaho weather. Two adirondack chairs, a table, and gas grill are in this space as well. On the west side of the house, you will find a sidewalk that connects the driveway in back to the patio in front. A large garage with parking big enough for large suv's and pickup trucks is especially convenient during those bad weather days.

The neighborhood is private and kid friendly with many restaurants located less than 5 minutes away. We have included menus from some of our favorites as well as magazines outlining the exciting adventures the area has to offer each season.

We do have some patriotic and religious art and items in our place and let all of our guests know that beforehand so they can determine if this is a good fit for them. :) We are in an older middle class neighborhood, but our area is very safe, friendly, and all our neighbors watch out for one another. We have 1 main bed and 1 couch bed in the rest area. We are located 15 minutes from downtown Coeur D'Alene Idaho, in Post Falls Idaho, and 5 minutes from Qemiln Park Beach. 1 minute away from Black Bay open space park, with a very small beach area, and 5 minutes from Kiwanis open space park with another small beach area, We are also about 6 minutes from Falls park where their is waterfall and pond. All parks are open space with trails and close to water. 5 minutes from downtown Post Falls. 35 minutes from Spokane Intl airport. Also, enjoy all the major attractions of Coeur D'Alene. Our place comfortably fits 2 adults, can snugly fit 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Anything more than that may feel very tight depending on preference. But we welcome up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.
Their is no extra room for extra mattresses, etc. But we have a very comfortable queen size bed, and a queen size lazy boy couch bed and guests may share that. . We have outlet covers available for those with toddlers and safety locks in cabinets with chemicals and drawers with knives.

We are located just 1 mile from downtown Post Falls. Even though the owners live in the main house which is 70' away, the home is very private and we will stay out of your "business". Both owners are Registered Nurses and work full time at their jobs and businesses. The guest home has one king size bed, gas fireplace, air-conditioning, washer/dryer, covered back porch and a flat-screen TV in the living room and bedroom. Free wireless internet. There are two inflatable twin beds available for the kids.

Centrally located right in between Coeur d’ Alene Idaho and Spokane, WA(20 minutes). Silverwood Theme Park is 30 minutes and 45 minutes from multiple ski resorts. Located on Hauser Lake and many other lakes close by (Newman Lake, Liberty lake, Twin Lakes, Spirit Lake, Hayden Lake and Lake Coeur d’Alene).

Located 1.5 mile from the Hauser lake boat launch and beach park where you can play at the kids park, swim at the beach and explore the woods. Our property has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake but no water access because there is a wild life reserve that borders our property and the lake so wild life can be free and not disturbed. From our yard you can see deer, moose and it’s a great place to bird watch.

You are welcome to enjoy the back yard sitting area and BBQ. Our Siberian dog Jaxx might be outside and will come and greet you with a bark and a lick. If you’re not a fan of dogs please let us know so we can keep him inside. You will often see people walking, running, riding bikes and horses around the lake. The lake freezes over in the winder so you can ice fish.

You are also encouraged to bring your own bikes to enjoy during your stay, so make sure to take a ride around the neighborhood. But if, like me, one of the reasons you choose a house instead of a hotel is because you like to make your own food, bring an apron, oven mitts, tongs, and a long-handled spoon. You won’t be sorry."

Lundy River House offers Spectacular views with riverfront access right out your front door. For your enjoyment by the river we provide beach towels, chairs, kayaks, and floaties. In our large fenced backyard you will find comfortable seating, dining area, outdoor kitchen w/ wood fired pizza oven, BBQ ,fire pit, and kids play set. You will frequently see bald eagles, deer and river otters while relaxing on the patio. We provide 2 adult bikes and 1 child bike for you to hit the paved centennial trail that is directly behind our home. After a short flat ride you will find parks, restaurants, bars and a brewery only 1.5 miles from our home. We also have Golf courses, Frisbee golf and hiking all close by our home . Lundy River house truly feels secluded but yet you are close to everything.

Living Room/Kitchen -
Inside the home you can enjoy the A.C in our cozy living room or warm up by the fireplace with a blanket on cold days. You even get to sit back and enjoy the views of the river from the living room on our sectional sofa that pulls out to a queen bed. You can play shuffleboard or relax on the couch and watch T.V on our 72” screen. We have board games, books and movies for our guests to enjoy. Once it’s time for dinner you will find everything you need to cook a nice dinner in our well equipped large kitchen.

- A $50 fee for every 15 minutes past departure time will be assessed for guests who have not vacated the premises at the approved departure time.

Pets - Only 2 well behaved DOGS allowed. Sorry know other animals. All dogs need to stay on property and supervised at all times by owners. No wet dogs allowed in the home. Please try to keep dogs off all furniture and bedding. If your furry friend can't resist please cover all furniture with the dog blankets provided. At check out it is your responsibility to clean up all dog hair and dog waste. If extra cleaning time is spent removing dog hair or waste extra charges will be applied.
Fencing -
Please do not allow anyone to climb or step on outdoor wire fence. It is not designed for climbing
Septic Tank
Do NOT flush anything other than waste and toilet paper. Even flushable wipes and feminine products will clog the pump.
River access-
Please remove all garbage, chairs, water toys, etc when done. Please do not leave anything outside overnight that could possibly blow into the river.

Built in 1890, our guest house was the original homestead on the property. A little bigger than a tiny home cabin that’s been completely remodeled. A retreat up in the mountains, not far from town…. (About 10-15 mins to Post Falls & 20-25 mins to downtown CDA) Surrounded by Wildlife, you may be greeted by Deer, Elk, Moose, Turkey, Chickens, Goats, or very friendly Dogs.

Located near an Elk Farm; so many things to see surrounded by nature.

Just a few minutes down the mountain to the freeway.
Not quite a tiny home... an addition was added on back in the 80's...fully remodeled and updated. Small, but cute Master Bedroom, Large living room with power reclining furniture, another living room, with a small sectional that turns into a full size bed, fully equipped Kitchen, small but adorable full bathroom, and a loft with a queen bed.

Dedicated work area. Wifi and three Tv's. Netflix, Disney Plus, and FUBO Live TV.

Full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Laundry essentials provided, as well as Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Coffee, Tea, and some spices.

Enjoy the back patio at night and watch the many deer that come in to feed. (There is a camera that faces the back property for wildlife)

Behind the cabin, you'll find a fire pit that you are more than welcome to sit around and enjoy in the evenings. Fully stocked with wood! (If you smoke cigars or whatnot, this is where you can do that.) :) However, no weed or parties allowed. Please make sure you put it out before retiring to bed, as we do live in a treed area.

We are 27 miles to Silverwood. :)
Guest access: We have gates to our Property. A code will be provided before you arrive. We have a large driveway with plenty of parking in front of the guest house. If you are bringing a trailer, there will be room, please just let us know ahead of time.

Please excuse the grass . We just put in sprinklers and flower beds. Waiting for grass to fill back in.

Moose do occasionally come on the Property. Please do not get close. They are very big and can be dangerous.

We have adult children and their friends that come up for dinner and outside play occasionally. Feel free to join them in a game of basketball or Cornhole!

The Barn is a cozy getaway, fully stocked and ready for any occasion. Located in Post Falls, Idaho, just minutes from I-90, enjoy spacious views and barn charm with all the conveniences of home.

Open layout on the main floor offers plenty of living space with French doors opening to the back deck. Private covered hot tub (seats 2-4) and is enjoyable year round. Large oversized couch and footstool (twin bed) cozy up to a smart TV with books, games and dvds.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all standard appliances, dishware for 4, coffee, teas, spices, staple food items and basic cleaning supplies.

Spacious bathroom sits next to the laundry area and are both fully stocked for ease and function.

Upstairs loft bedroom boasts a king bed with crisp sheets, down comforter and weighted blanket that you will never want to leave. Large open closet area to store all your items, oversized chair for reading and relaxing. .

The Barn has heat and AC with ceiling fan in loft. Bathroom has additional space heater for warm room showers and baths. High speed dedicated WiFi for entertainment or work. Parking for up to 3, with key code entry.

The river is definitely more for looking and fishing rather than floating or swimming, but the kids were old enough to get themselves to more appropriate swimming spots which are close. There was a small issue with the AC (it was incredibly hot the first day of our stay) but the host was responsive and we were able to easily fix it with a few mesages back and forth."

Nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, you’re only a leisurely 10-minute walk from downtown Post Falls.

This unique Guest House is attached to an operating Recording Studio. The Guest House area is available to rent when not being used by Recording Artists, and is decorated as a Sports Bar, complete with vintage video games, bar, & dance floor! The living area has an old-fashioned, real live stereo system...with REAL speakers, and REAL CD's & DVD's. The outdoor area is beautiful & inspiring with farmland views separated by white fences, mountains in the background, and old Red Barns in the foreground...pretty much a Hallmark Card! There is a private driveway, private parking, a fire pit, patio, picnic table, & bar-be-cue...along with a Horseshoe Pit and an Outhouse! (Don't worry, the outhouse is just to store your fishing poles!) By the way, we've supplied the fishing poles, so grab your coffee and head 5-minutes to the Spokane River if you like to catch Smallmouth Bass.
