Short drive into the city and close to multiple caves." - "OK so nowhere is perfect let's get the bad stuff out of the way.......soundproofing between the 2 units isn't perfect. So the rest, comfortable, different, downstairs bathroom (we got used to it), garden figs(if you beat the blackbirds) lemons, siderea just down the road, good walks straight out of the door, wildlife. On our last night there was a hooting battle between owls, the owl outside our bedroom window won. Ribberdesella is great, market day on Wednesday, the fish shop on the bridge wonderful, bars cafes shops all helpful. The beaches, the beaches oh hell will I miss the beaches. Don't go during the 3rd week of September, cos I'm going back to do the town's 10K run and will be booking one of the silos, don't want you getting in my way. Absolutely loved the place - maybe you got that idea? Oh and the dogs and cats and and......"

- "A traditional country cottage in a peaceful rural setting, just a short distance from Ribadesella and the coast. It is quite simply furnished but with everything you need for comfort - comfy beds, good heating, limitless hot water, washing machine etc. The house was spotlessly clean, and Marian is an excellent host, a lovely person and responsive to any query. Although the motorway is quite close you would not know it from the house . It has beautiful views in all directions and all you can hear is birdsong and sometimes the sea. There is another rental house next door but this was not a problem at all - there are separate garden areas and plenty of parking space, and the houses do not directly overlook each other. The location is perfect for exploring this part of Asturias. Ribadesella itself is lovely, with a stunning beach and sea front, plus many bars and restaurants in the port and old town areas. We also did some great bike rides straight from the house, on quiet roads and tracks along the coast and up into the hills. Highly recommended."

Old village house completely renovated in 2017, has three floors garden area at the entrance and small garden in the rear area. On the ground floor there is the laundry room, a games room and television and a closed storage room where the boiler is located. From the games room you access the main floor where you find the double room with bathroom and dressing room, the living room with six comfortable places where you can enjoy the scenery, reading or television and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for six people. On the first floor there are the two remaining rooms and the bathroom.
Of course the house has oil heating and all the household and bedding.
The house has an old laundry room in the garden at the entrance which will allow you to wash up when you get back from the beach or wash the surf suits or surf boards that are lovers of the waves.
In the garden, where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the mountain in summer, you can also enjoy a dining area, a rest area and a small portable barbecue.
Much of the charm of the property is that it has clear views from all directions and being at the end of a small road has great privacy.
