One minor issue was that on the day that we were checking out the keys to both our rooms stopped working after we had gone down for breakfast. This was an hour and a half before checkout, and we were fully paid in advance of our stay. Unfortunately to reactivate you have to go to reception in a different building. I had to go for each room and one reset didn’t work so I went 3 times in 15 mins which was annoying. The guy on reception just said it was because we were due to check out that day but it seemed an odd practice. Breakfast also in the other building/hotel and was functional. The only negative point we would mention is that you can hear your neighbours a lot especially when you/your kids are quiet in their bedrooms - drawers opening, doors shutting, people running up and down stairs - so perfectly “normal” levels of noise. We did have to ask our neighbours to turn down their music one night as they were having a party and they did so immediately. Located in a quiet but central area of the Village, our two bedroom house with large sunny patios and private parking, was formerly a typical fisherman’s home, which we fully refurbished with all the comfort one could ask. The modern appliances are in perfect combination with the traditional design making this a very spacious, bright and functional holiday home.

Beautifully furnished and equipped, our Sagres House has two double bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, one bathroom, one toilet room and two very large sunny patios/ garden with private parking.
The entire area of the house is fenced and secured. There is a green gate that leads into a large entrance, allowing to park a car. Furthermore, the outside covered area in front of the kitchen is ideal for breakfast and afternoon relaxation.
Once you enter the house, a fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and a shower room. The large, open plan lounge/ dining area (for 6), includes Cable TV, sofa (that can be converted to double bed) and leads out onto a very large patio/ garden with a beautiful lemon tree.
On the first floor there is an open plan room with a king size bed in one side and two single beds in the other. A discrete and convenient toilet room separates the two areas and provides privacy.
