- "We didn’t stay at the property although we had booked it. It was difficult to find and the signage once we did arrive to the correct place was not clear. On. Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm. I won’t go into the rest of the conversation, but we left to find alternative accommodation. As this place had good reviews previously I’m not sure why this went so badly wrong. I would add that it was not the property I was expecting and although by some vineyards they didn’t belong to the owner. "

We stayed in the loft room but the low ceiling was only a minor inconvenience. Appreciated the facilities in the room including the fridge in the hot weather and the thought that went into designing the space so it is completely blackout at night. Breakfast was great and such a relaxing start to the day on the terrace. We commented after that we would definitely stay here again on our next visit. It's right in the centre of the town so there is limited parking but it's extremely walkable. You can drive to the entrance to drop/pick up bags and park (for free) a short walk away. Note there is no lift and all rooms are up a winding staircase and although this didn't affect our stay, people with reduced mobility might want to bear this in mind."

Detached house renovated in 2020 with parking, located on our plot of 2000 m2. Functional and perfectly equipped, it has a terrace at the foot of a secure swimming pool. Ideally located on Saint Emilion 5 minutes from the historic center and Libourne (shops and aquatic center). If you want to leave the vineyards, the laziness and the pool, you can make getaways on Bordeaux (35 min), Bergerac (1h) and the Arcachon basin (1h30), either by car or by train.

About this space
Detached house renovated in 2020 with parking, located on our plot of 2000 m2. Functional and perfectly equipped, it has a terrace at the foot of a secure pool. Ideally located on Saint Emilion 5 min from the historic center and Libourne (shops and aquatic center). If you want to leave the vineyards, relax and swimming pool, you can make escapades to Bordeaux (35 min), Bergerac (1h) and the Arcachon basin (1h30), either by car or train.

We have organized and furnished this house of 60 m2 so that it is pleasant and practical : a large living room with open kitchen equipped with two French windows overlooking the garden and the pool, a terrace to enjoy the outdoors and the possibility also to settle under a large lime tree, two bedrooms , a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, a separate toilet. The bright accommodation is air-conditioned. To ensure maximum serenity if you have children, the pool is secured by a glass barrier and a door that meets safety standards.
