Paradise means water - a large half acre pond sits in front of the casita. Acequias (traditional irrigation ditches) flow down the East and West sides of the property by water rights agreements going back to the 1690's. The Pond overflow creates a charming stream that snakes back and feeds a wetlands area before pouring into the Santa Cruz River - all on my 8 acre lot. All this water creates large cottonwood forests and lovely garden areas. Miles of hiking are also minutes away on BLM land where you can hike, bike or horseback ride through the red rock barrancas for miles. All the attractions of Northern New Mexico are within day trip distance - Santa Fe, Taos, Abiquiu, Ojos Caliente, Indian reservations, Nambe, too many to mention them all.

The casita is a one bedroom with a king bed, a living room/kitchen combination room with a kiva fireplace and large glass patio doors with the pastoral view of the pond and fields, One bathroom with a tub/shower and a private patio. Chimayo is the home of the Sanctuario most well known for it's Easter pilgrimage still practiced by many locals. Pilgrims walk day and night to come to Chimayo for the Easter holiday. The Sanctuario is open for visitors and is still an active congregation. The traditions of Chimayo are still practiced today including the room of blessed healing dirt. You will also find the best vendors of Chimayo authentic chili there and sample it's green and red goodness. Historians credit Chimayo with having the most intact (still lived in) Spanish Colonial Plaza in New Mexico. Many if not most of the residents of Chimayo are descendants of the Spanish settlers from the 1600's. A museum is open in the summers next to Ortega's Weaving Shop will explain. The living room was set up so you could relax and look out over the pond. It was great seeing the beaver swim around at dusk, the frogs croaking & lots of birds- several hummingbirds flitted around. Nicely secluded so you didn't have traffic noise. No need for AC, the casita stayed nice & comfortable. Tom provided a helpful list of restaurants & the breezeway is filled with maps & information for lots of activities & places to see. We had a wonderful time."

Our property sits on 3 lush acres in the Santa Cruz River Valley with views of the Sangra de Cristo mountains. We are conviniently located just 25 minutes north of Santa Fe.
Our home sleeps 10 in beds* with 4 large bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, 7 fireplaces, library, sunroom, bar, swimming pool, hot-tub, private creek, veranda and a nearly 2,000 sf courtyard. One of the bedrooms is detached from the home and offers another layer of seclusion and escape. This room is fitted with a sitting area, kiva fireplace, small refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, soaking bathtub and spacious shower.

In case remote work is in your daily schedule, we have you covered! At our villa,enjoy a ”laptop-friendly environment” with high-speed internet and numerous working areas to chose from whether indoors or outdoors.

The Space:
Our home offers a 4,500 square foot villa behind a private gated entrance. The home is situated amongst 200+ year old cottonwoods, weeping willows, colorful gardens and meadows. The elements of style for which this property is known – authentic adobe brick, hand carved furnishings, rough-hewn beams, Native American artifacts, rugs, and colorful folk art – are all wonderfully featured throughout our home. Centrally located just 25 minutes north of Santa Fe, the property's origins date back to the early 1800's when it served as the stagecoach stop between Santa Fe and Taos along the El Camino Real. All rooms have exterior entrances while three can be accessed from within the house. It's a bit funky as its a restored period piece with with the original layout.

This beautiful efficiency apartment is part of Inn of Nectar and has wonderful views. It is on our 5 acre property. There is an outside hot tub and gazebo and goes onto BLM hiking trails. Its only 20 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza and central to all the exciting things in Northern New Mexico. It is secluded but easy to get to the action
Their is a small kitchenette, seperate bathroom with tub and shower, Direct TV and either a king bed or 2 twins, as you choose.

- "My husband and I stayed here with our dog. There is a gazebo on the property with 360 degree views; perfect for viewing sunrises and sunsets. I’m sure the star gazing is stupendous from there as well, but our AZ internal clock had us going to bed at sundown. The many crisscrossing trails on the adjoining BLM land were convenient for an early morning walk before embarking on the day’s adventures. This property is centrally located for excursions to Santa Fe and the Santa Fe National Forest, as well as Taos and the Rio Del Norte National Monument and Rio Grande Gorge. The casita itself was just right for 2 adults and a dog, and the king bed was quite comfy. My only regret is that the hot tub was not operational when we were there. If that’s important to you, you should check with the host before booking. All in all, if you are looking for something a bit off the beaten path, but in close proximity to a multitude of possible adventures, this is a great value for your dollar."

The Inn of Nectar/Kokopelli Suite is a family vacation house located between Santa Fe (20 minutes) and Taos (45 minutes) on a hill overlooking the beautiful Espanola Valley of the Rio Grande. We are close to shopping and activities such as golf, yet we are also on five naturally landscaped acres in a peaceful setting. We especially welcome families with or without children. In the area are Indian ruins, whitewater rafting, hot springs, art galleries, the Santa Fe Opera, Flea Market, Sanctuario de Chimayo, Bandelier National Monument, Pueblos, casinos, and other activities.

The Non-Smoking house is built in charming, southwestern-style with vigas and satillo tile floors. We are a great setting for those seeking a spa-like vacation. We can provide natural meals, yoga, meditation, and massage. Nearby are several hot springs as well as our own state of the art hot tub. It also can be rented with the attached Kokopelli Suite which makes it a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with 2 tv's and an extra small kitchenette.Perfect if you want a little more distance from the kids or have grandparents along. Though you don't have to go outide to go from one to the other.
We also rent out our own larger house, Amrit Nivas, which sleeps 10+. Hope to see you soon.

This little furnished studio has an industrial/modern feel. There is an attached carport for your use. The home sits near lease land that you are welcome to hike on. Located about 8 minutes from Espanola, 30 minutes from Santa Fe and 30 minutes from Los Alamos, we are in a good central location for many traveling jobs in the area as well as many of the best tourist sights around. The house is located in la Puebla, bought 3 years ago, totally destroyed, Navas drywall who is a professional was in charge of leaving it incredible, comfortable and suitable for any family.
