Condo has one queen size bed and NO sofa bed will ONLY sleep 2.

Kitchen, living area and bedroom are open, I removed folding doors because guests kept putting them under the bed, so I got the hint. Living area has tv with Roku.

Living room has gas fireplace so again NO WOOD ALLOWED

Full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge / freezer.
Also comes with coffee pot, blender, toaster, crockpot, pots, pans, and dishware.

Chalet comes with stacked washer/dryer and NO I do not provide laundry soap.

Included is free WiFi, We have two smart Tv's one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. bring your own accounts for netflix and other apps that are on smart tv

The fire place will be turned on for the winter months only from December first to April first.

Timberline Condo 304 is located on top floor and has assigned parking. One block to ski slopes or bike trails. Views of the valley below from deck.

Condo has one queen size bed in each bedroom, and a couple of guests said the bed is too high not sure what that means especially since one bed is lower. Condo will ONLY sleep four there is NO sofa bed.

Kitchen has counter with seating for four. Living area and kitchen are open area. Living area has Smart Roku TV and WiFi

Living room has gas fireplace so again NO WOOD ALLOWED
Full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge / freezer.

We enjoyed cooking breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful kitchen which was fully equipped with every gadget you could ever need. This two bedroom with 1.25 baths is a perfect spot for your mountain vacation. There are 2 bedrooms (1queen bed and 1 double bed plus a sleeper sofa) with linens provided. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace (wood provided) after a fun day on the slopes or one of the many activities at Angel Fire. Our condo is located on the first floor so not too many steps to climb. Lots of windows make it light and airy. There are two outside decks to relax and enjoy a beverage. The condo has all the amenities you will need--dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, DVD player and internet service. Bring your cell phone since no phone is provided. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance from our centrally located condo.You will be a short two blocks from ski lifts and there is a pick-up/drop-off shuttle right out the door.
