Condo has one queen size bed and NO sofa bed will ONLY sleep 2.

Kitchen, living area and bedroom are open, I removed folding doors because guests kept putting them under the bed, so I got the hint. Living area has tv with Roku.

Living room has gas fireplace so again NO WOOD ALLOWED

The fire place will be turned on for the winter months only from December first to April first.

Timberline Condo 304 is located on top floor and has assigned parking. One block to ski slopes or bike trails. Views of the valley below from deck.

Condo has one queen size bed in each bedroom, and a couple of guests said the bed is too high not sure what that means especially since one bed is lower. Condo will ONLY sleep four there is NO sofa bed.

This two bedroom with 1.25 baths is a perfect spot for your mountain vacation. There are 2 bedrooms (1queen bed and 1 double bed plus a sleeper sofa) with linens provided. Our condo is located on the first floor so not too many steps to climb. Lots of windows make it light and airy. There are two outside decks to relax and enjoy a beverage. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance from our centrally located condo.You will be a short two blocks from ski lifts and there is a pick-up/drop-off shuttle right out the door. Beautiful New Mexico Vibe! 1st level condo in the heart of the village, near the ski/bike park. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a newly updated kitchen and furniture with plenty of cooking and dining needs. The beds are comfortable and we offer an XL Twin roll away bed as well. The bathrooms feature large Towels, hand towels and washcloths, higher end body soap, shampoo, conditioner as well as grooming needs and hair dryers. Internet and cable ready or if you choose, we have some DVD's, board games and card games for both children and adults. We have a Gas fireplace, heater and gas oven & stove and a new front load washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked for dining and cooking, condiments, an array of spices, cooking oils, coffee and tea assortments as well as TP, paper towels, dish tabs, wash machine tabs and cleaning products in case you need them during your stay. Off of the dining area is a comfortable and quiet patio that accesses the garage so you can safely store your equipment without worry. Although this garage is not used to park a car, you can easily fit 2 motorcycles or several bikes as well as ski equipment and it has an automatic garage door with a keypad for access from your parking space. In the garage you have use of the gas BBQ or a little smoky, a portable fire pit (when allowed by the fire department) sleds, chairs and cornhole. There is a large common space in the backyard that is across the street from fantastic food and drinks (Pizza Stop, Mikuna Grill, Pub and Grub) as well as equipment rentals and repair and apparel shops (Ski Tech). The condo complex is a courtyard style, intimate setting. You have space for parking in front of the garage. During the winter, with one call, you are able to catch the free ski shuttle that is just outside of the condo complex. Want to walk? The resort is just 2 blocks up the road or down the road to walking trails. For a fee you have access to the golf resort pool and workout facilities. Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed, penalties will apply. This property has security cameras located outside the garage, front door, patio and inside the Garage. NO cameras have any visibility of the interior of the home. We have smart TV's in each room and WiFi/internet. For times when the internet is down, That tends to happen from time to time in small mountain town, we have an array of movies and games.

This fun rendezvous is nestled in the woods of the Pinetree Commons complex. It's only 2 blocks from the AF Resort. Close to skiing, biking, hiking, golf and more! Grab a drink and enjoy watching the wildlife from the front deck or cozy up inside by the fire. The interior is fun and inviting... with eclectic murals and decor offering a different experience than anything in the area!
There are 3 TVs - 55", 65" & 75" and a selection of board games for indoor entertainment. Sleds and snow toys for outdoor fun! Perfect for families/friend groups!!

- "I was looking for a place to escape the Texas heat and I could not have found a better place. Only a few blocks from the ski lift and shopping. When I stepped in the condo, I was transformed into a winter wonderland. The place was very clean, and the decor was so funky chic! Beds were very comfortable. The walls were painted so artfully, the pictures do not do this place justice. So many details, like the "snow flake" lights and much more. Danielle was the perfect hostess, from beginning to the end of our trip. She has thought of everything, from coffee to toothpaste! So, no need to worry if you forget anything from home, because most likely, it is there. I highly recommend staying here."

Welcome to Wren 106! Enjoy our ground floor, 1120 sq. ft, 2/2 end unit with spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen & dining area, all within walking distance to ski/bike mountain. Shuttle stops in front of our building. This condo was fully renovated as of late 2019, providing current finishes and amenities.

Once you enter our ground-floor unit, you are received in a small foyer with 3 steps down. We provide coat hooks with a shelf for your winter gear. Mountain bikes may be stowed in this area, but we request guest bring their own yoga mat, towels or blankets to protect flooring and to collect bike mud and debris. We include one wall-mount bike rack in this area.

For you Skiers, Boarders, and Bikers, we have a private, exterior storage room just outside the front door of the condo to the right. Convenient for your storage of skis, boards, bikes and all the extra stuff that comes with them. This 5’ x 7’ room has a dedicated baseboard heater and a bench which makes it easy to take your boots on and off. There is a rack to hang boards and skis and several bike hanging racks. Both walls on left and right are covered with hooks to hang poles, jackets, bibs, gloves, pads, helmets, caps, etc. The door has an electronic lock so your gear is safe and no need to try to keep up with a key. NOTE: door to this room should always remain closed with the baseboard heater on to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting.

When you enter the condo, to your right is the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room includes two twin-over-queen timber bunkbeds with hybrid mattresses and soft bedding. Included is a closet, dresser drawers and lounge chair. The Bunk Room features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/soaking tub combo and single granite vanity.

To the left of the entryway, and down the hall from the Bunk Room, is the hallway bedroom with a king bed, dresser and full-sized closet.

The hallway full bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom, but is not an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also features a shower/soaking tub combo and single granite vanity.

Both bedrooms include cheerful carpeting. The remainder of the home is outfitted with new luxury vinyl plank floor with area and runner rugs.

Both bathrooms included plush, oversized bath sheets, guest towels and washcloths, along with a starter kit including travel-size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand and bath soap.

Continue down the hallway and you enter an open kitchen/dining/living room area. The kitchen features granite counters, a single stainless steel sink with disposal, dishwasher, electric range/oven, microwave hood vent and refrigerator/freezer (no ice maker.)

Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, programmable 7 qt crockpot, placemats for 10, blender and coffee maker with 12 cup pot. Starter pack of coffee/tea, creamer, sweeteners and filters are provided, along with a starter roll of paper towel. We provide everything you need to prepare big family meals - just bring your groceries, beverages and your favorite spices!

The kitchen also features a large granite island, perfect for preparing and serving meals. We offer island power for those who need a laptop/work touchdown area.

Adjacent to the island is a dining table with a dining bench and cushions on one side, 3 bright yellow backless stools on the other, and two dining chairs on the end. Plenty of seating for up to 8 for meals, puzzles and games.

The living area features an easy, no-mess gas fireplace which puts out a lot of heat, in addition to electric wall and ceiling heaters (controlled by thermostat.) We have 2 leather loveseats, a microfiber couch, 2 leather floor poufs and 2 cushions at the fireplace for ample seating.

The 55" SmartTV, games, playing cards and throw blankets will keep you entertained and cozy. Access your personal Amazon or Netflix account via the complimentary wifi.

Off of the living room is a small covered patio, perfect for warmer days and seeing what's going on in the neighborhood.

The winter shuttle stops immediately in front of the Wren. During the summer season, we are an easy walk to the lift for hiking, biking, ziplining, and just up the road from Solar and Sendero hiking trails. Please see our Guidebook for more of the year-round activities available in our area.

All windows and doors have been upgraded to triple-pane, high efficiency units, along with all new electric heaters throughout. You should be snug as a bug, but we also provide an extra blanket in each bedroom, in addition to the fluffy down-alternative duvets and fleece blankets on each bed.

Open parking is in a paved parking lot just a few steps from our unit. The parking lot is reserved for the Wren, but does not offer reserved spots.

Our unit does not include washer/dryer. Should you need a laundry during your stay, we suggest the Aspen Gold Laundromat just down the road where a change machine, detergent machine and numerous washer/dryers are available for approximately $3 / load.

Wren 106 is located in one of two buildings. Our unit is an end unit, which provides more windows. You will have one neighbor to the side, and a neighbor above.

Condo has one queen size bed in each bedroom, and a couple of guests said the bed is too high not sure what that means especially since one bed is lower. Condo will ONLY sleep four there is NO sofa bed.

Kitchen has counter with seating for four. Living area and kitchen are open area.

My mother and daughter live nearby. I commute from Texas regularly. Someone is always available to come to the property for any issues within about 20-30 minutes. We often have extra things you might have forgotten-like sleds or goggles. Just text and we will try to help where and how we can.
Two blocks from lift-shuttle drop off/pick up just on other side of the street from numbered parking space. One block walk to restaurants and rental shop.
Parking is a private marked space. There are two guest spaces directly to the right of our space. Walking the neighborhood is easy. During winter months a shuttle runs around the resort-pick up is just across the street from our space.

Our 900 squarefoot apartment is beautiful and spacious. We added it on to our home in 2011. The apartment is separate from the rest of the house, you have your own driveway, deck and entrance. The apartment is attached, only by walls, not doors. Please note it is located on the second floor, above our garage.
The great room is open to the full kitchen that has everything you'll need, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, dish towels, coffee pot, toaster, blender and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are on either side of the bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a full size bed and a set of bunk beds. The other bedroom has a queen size bed. Basically a room for the kids and a room for the adults. All of the linens, pillows and blankets provided.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and single sink vanity. All of the towels are provided. Just bring your personal items, including toiletries.
You have your own, private deck where you can sit outside at a table with chairs or on the glider.
Feel free to play horseshoes or basketball in our back yard. We also have a "club house" and trampoline that our son will share. (I'll ask you to sign a waiver to use all of the fun outside stuff.)
We are a kid friendly property. We do ask that you leave your animals at home as we have 2 dogs that will enjoy your company and 2 outside cats that you may see stalking around, and we wouldn't want any conflicts.
I also own 2 slope side condos right on the hill in Angel Fire, both on the Ski Run Condo Complex. both are studios that sleep 4. Look up 1000702 and 492829.

The cabin was immaculately cleaned. All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
