We really wanted to schedule next year in one of Patty's properties but those were already gone for next new year's."

Our 900 squarefoot apartment is beautiful and spacious. We added it on to our home in 2011. The apartment is separate from the rest of the house, you have your own driveway, deck and entrance. The apartment is attached, only by walls, not doors. Please note it is located on the second floor, above our garage.
The great room is open to the full kitchen that has everything you'll need, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, dish towels, coffee pot, toaster, blender and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are on either side of the bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a full size bed and a set of bunk beds. The other bedroom has a queen size bed. Basically a room for the kids and a room for the adults. All of the linens, pillows and blankets provided.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and single sink vanity. All of the towels are provided. Just bring your personal items, including toiletries.
You have your own, private deck where you can sit outside at a table with chairs or on the glider.
Feel free to play horseshoes or basketball in our back yard. We also have a "club house" and trampoline that our son will share. (I'll ask you to sign a waiver to use all of the fun outside stuff.)
We are a kid friendly property. We do ask that you leave your animals at home as we have 2 dogs that will enjoy your company and 2 outside cats that you may see stalking around, and we wouldn't want any conflicts.
I also own 2 slope side condos right on the hill in Angel Fire, both on the Ski Run Condo Complex. both are studios that sleep 4. Look up 1000702 and 492829.

The smores available at the Cave were a big hit with my kids, as were the large selection of games. I requested to use the espresso machine the evening we arrived and it was delivered to our door the next morning! The area is beautiful but still very close to town. My oldest daughter was in love with the two kitties that immediately greeted us upon arrival. Amanda was very communicative and made the check-in process seamless. We look forward to staying again next year!"

Summary:
Welcome to our cozy townhome just a few short steps from Chile Express and a few dining options. This townhome has ground floor entry with a front and back door with porches on both sides.
Both large bedrooms are upstairs with their own private baths. Ground floor includes living room, kitchen and a half bath with a stackable washer and dryer for guest use. In Angel Fire, parking is at a premium and this condo offers plenty of parking right at the front door for two vehicles. Our complex is small with only 12 units, half of which belong to other members of our family. As a result, we can accommodate larger groups if you need by providing you with their links. We love this feature because we can all ‘hang out’ yet have our own private space! We hope you will stay at our home away from home and enjoy it as much as we do.

Each bedroom has its own complete bathroom and there is a half bath downstairs. The townhouse is steps away from Chile Express.

- "This place was great for our group of 8. The loft was a great place for the kids, it felt like a giant sleepover. Three full bathrooms was a big deal as well, most this size only have two. The location was great, conveniently right between two shuttle stops, one uphill and one downhill. It's also great that it's a duplex, so you only have one neighbor, unlike most of the condos at Angel Fire. The condo had everything we needed, plus a lot more, including games and puzzles for down time. Patrick was great to deal with, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This was the best place we have ever stayed at in Angel Fire and we plan to stay here again!"

Misty Mountain is a cozy, light-filled getaway in the mountain forest. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home will sleep eight and is ten minutes from the ski area.
The front deck provides ample seating for viewing wildlife and enjoying the sun as it filters through the pines and aspen. The entrance opens into an open-plan living area with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and pine floors throughout. The large windows surrounding the open space bring in natural light with views of trees and mountains.
The living area has a three-seat sofa and two easy chairs arranged around a flat-screen TV with DirecTV service. The kitchen has granite countertops with a set-in antique sink and a large island with seating for three. French doors open to a covered deck with table and chairs for entertaining.
The main bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a sitting area. The en suite bath has a clawfoot tub, two pedestal sinks, and a step-in shower. The second bathroom with step-in shower is also on the main floor, as well as a laundry area with a stacked full-size washer and dryer.

There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.

This made the location very handy after our all day snow skiing adventures.The apartment was equiped with Roku tv and DVD which made evenings at the apartment feel like home. The owner of the party personally called and checked on how the stay was after we returned home. Unit #113 - The sleeping arrangements are 2 persons on the bed (bedroom), 2 persons on the couch hide-a-bed (living room), and 1 person on the air mattress (provided). There is a community washer and dryer on each floor (not far from our unit). The cost is $2 per wash and $2 per dry. We have provided the first round of quarters.

Wood burning is NOT allowed in the entire building.

Pets are NOT allowed by guests in the building. Fines will be assessed upon discovery of pets having stayed in the unit.

Full trash bags must be taken to the city dumpsters. You will be given further instruction upon booking.

Other things to note
This unit (as with most others in the building) does not have air conditioning for late summer days. Generally speaking, it is not common for outside temps to get high enough to make the condo uncomfortable.

Alpine is a comfortable condo with a private balcony and mountain views. It has a well-equipped kitchen including everything that you will need to enjoy a meal with family and friends. There are two TVs with Roku devices. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the 2nd bathroom has a stand-up shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer as you walk into the condo. The resort bus stop is across the street from this unit - making trips to the mountain very convenient.

The main, ski-themed bedroom includes a queen sized bed, memory foam mattress, and closet to store all of your gear.

The built-in bunk beds in the hallway are great fun, and would be perfect for kiddos ages 2-10.

The living room has a brand new pullout sofa with a queen sized bed and memory foam mattress.

The living room includes a 55” Smart TV and a cozy gas fired fireplace.

There is a full bathroom (shower with tub, toilet and vanity) accessible from the hallway and from the bedroom.

Private condo within reasonable walking distance to Angel Fire Resort ski area / bike park. The condo is located in a quiet area! I live less than 10 minutes away from the condo and can assist on site if necessary and am available via phone at all times!

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in Racquet Club Commons Condominium Complex. We have a fantastic location, being only one short, 7 minute walk to the ski lifts!! It will sleep maximum of 10 in beds 2 more on sleeper sofa. If you are a golfer, the Angel Fire Golf course is only a short 1.5 mile drive down the road!
Condo has a full kitchen and TV'S in each room.

The space
Our Condo makes an incredible 'get away' from the hassles of everyday life. In the past year we have done a considerable amount of updating. There is beautiful tile now in living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. There is also a brand new refrigerator, plus updated window coverings, new lights, and more! The living room has a new 42" flatscreen TV. Bedrooms have new 32" tvs. We have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, George Foreman Grill, electric griddle, crock pots, cookware, dishes, etc. We stock towels and fresh linens for each use, as well as common amenities you would normally find in your home, such as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and washer and dryer. There is a lockable closet on the deck for outdoor equipment storage. Our covered deck, with table, chairs, allows for outdoor relaxing, or maybe a meal or two!!

There are two downstairs bedrooms, both having Queen Beds. A full bathroom downstairs is also conveniently located for access by all. There is a loft bedroom up, which makes a great place for a separate family, or maybe all the kids can have a hide out! The loft bedroom has it's own full bath, plus two queen beds, & two twin beds. There is also a new 32" flatscreen TV upstairs. It has a cowboy theme to the room, making it a 'fun' area for all.

Available electronics include a new 42" Flat Screen TV, DVD and VCR, in the living room, and all three bedrooms are also equipped with cable TV's. The TV in loft bedroom is also a new 32" flat screen.

Our condo complex has FREE WIFI, so be sure and bring along that lap top.

If you are going to ski, you can ski down to lifts, however to make it up to the building, after taking your last run, at the bottom take a small bunny lift, and ski down to the building. I can share video if needed.
