The tents were nice, the beds were comfortable and the a/c (evaporative cooling) worked well. The property had fun activities, including horseshoes, tetherball, cornhole and a gas firepit. Each camp site also has a firepit, wood and a bucket of water, but we did not build a fire because it was warm out. Our tent also had a patio with table and chairs. We loved sitting there to enjoy the view by day and the stars by night. The bathhouse was clean, well designed and more convenient than we expected. Check-in was very easy - they sent an email prior to arrival with instructions for accessing the site and the tent. If you prefer not to cook, there is a fun restaurant across the street, along with the adventure outfitters (ziplining & rafting). We used these services and everything was super convenient. Some reviews mentioned highway noise, but that was not an issue for us at all. We absolutely would stay there again!"

It was huge with tons of storage and a top shelf en suite bathroom w/large soaker tub and tile walk in shower. The manor had beautiful historical characteristics and was furnished and decorated exquisitely. Within 5 minutes of the Pueblo River Walk which is a must—especially during Christmas because it is lit up and looks magical! While you are there, dine at Twenty-One Steak! You will love the entire experience. We have stayed at several places when we come to visit our daughter and grand babies from North Carolina-and the Orman Mansion is our favorite place. You can take a helicopter tour, raft down the Arkansas river, rent a Segway, ride the zip line or go to the dinosaur museum which are all local attractions. Our golf course is 15 minutes away. For the Antique lover, Florence is 15 minutes away and is filled with Antique stores and specialty shops. Colorado Springs is an hour drive and opens up all the attractions a big city has to offer. It is the home of the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Airforce Academy, the Olympic training center, the Broadmoor Hotel and much more. You can drive up Pikes Peak which is over 14,000 feet in elevation and ride the Cog railway at the top. For you skiers who love the snow Monarch Ski Area is about 90 minutes away. Cripple Creek is a gambling town and is a beautiful 1 hour drive. After your fun filled day of adventure, return back to the house to relax or just recharge for your next activity. There is NO smoking on our property and NO pets are allowed.

We had a nice 3 night stay with my wife, 94 y/o Father-in-law and our 2 pups :-) Great restaurants in town and close to Canon City for shopping and adventure. Visited the Abbey Winery in CC for a relaxing afternoon of wine-tasting and charcuterie! Jen is a great host - we couldn't have asked for a nicer getaway... We'll be back!"

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. We are close to the Riverwalk, Centennial Park and the downtown area. We are also close to many of the attractions Canon City has to offer like the Royal Gorge Rail route, rafting, jeep tours, Royal Gorge Bridge and many more.

The entire home is for your use. You will have 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, use of washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, front and back seating areas.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a full kitchen (stocked with most everything you could need to cook a great meal at home). Full laundry room, dining room and an additional living space with a foosball table and sofa sleeper.

Newly xeriscaped, fully fenced yard (majority is privacy fence) is great for starting your morning with coffee in the fresh Colorado air or relaxing in the evening after exploring all our area has to offer. Also great if brining your furry friend.

Guests will have access to the entire space (minus the garage). The garage is locked and we ask you not access it.

We allow smoking (also 420 friendly) outside and sand buckets are provided for disposal of butts.

No large parties allowed. If you do anything illegal, you will be asked to leave.
Our neighbors are awesome, so please keep noise outside the house to a minimum.

Taxi service is available in Canon City, but there are no public buses for transportation. Motorcycle riding, bike trails, hiking trails, and rafting are our main forms of 'getting around'.
We are not far from the Riverwalk which is a great place to get some exercise.

There are a couple EV charging stations at 420 Main St, Canon City (north side of Hwy 50). There is also one EV charging station at Pueblo Community College - Fremont Campus in Canon City. It is on the North side of the building. Address is: 51320 US-50, Cañon City, CO 81212.

There are a variety of Colorado wildlife (rabbits, deer, bear, raccoon, etc) that may walk past or be around during your stay. Please be respectful as this is their home (do not chase them.) For this reason we ask that you leave the trash can locked and at the end of the driveway.

We do not allow late check-outs.

We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please add your dog(s) to the reservation. Additional dogs may be considered for an extra fee. Please inquire prior to booking.

You must agree to use the pooper scooper provided to pick up after your pet(s). You must also agree to use the provided dog blankets on the furniture if your pets are accustomed to getting on the furniture. We have designated dog towels for their use if needed. Blankets can be found in the labeled tote in the laundry room.

Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP :)

Finally, the location is very convenient for all the eateries and shopping downtown in Canon City. Would absolutely stay there again."

- "I had been looking at rental cabins near the Royal Gorge for Memorial Day weekend and was about to book a place closer to Cañon City when this place showed up online. The pictures looked good and the location was very close to the main road toRoyal Gorge where other family members were staying. Four of us stayed in the cabin which was exceptionally clean and well appointed (it does not have a television as listed in the amenities, but the internet worked well (surprising given its location) and there is an Alexa device. I’m pretty sure the cabin is brand new and we were the first to rent it - a few minor issues like no batteries in the remotes for the ceiling fan and a bathroom door that doesn’t fully close - but all in all very nice and very secluded except the one cabin that is next door - but no one was staying in that cabin over the weekend. The cabin is not easy to find, it is on a dirt road whose access is gate controlled with a code. But the property manager kept in contact until we made it to the cabin. And it turns out that gate access is quite nice - hardly any traffic running by the cabins. The upstairs loft is not for older or physically challenged people. Access is via a 5 step ladder and the ceiling height is about 4 ft max, so whoever sleeps there needs to plan on crawling in and out of bed. But all in all not a bad place to sleep. There is a nice gas grill outside and porches at each end of the cabin with decent seating. Glad to have found this!"

Apo is a newly updated Airstream at Desert Reef with modern amenities. Apo has a few quirks we want to let you know about. Apo is the smallest Airstream at Desert Reef, but still as gorgeous and cozy as the others. While fully functional, Apo has low water pressure, hence our lower price point on this Airstream. (All guests have access to our new bathhouse.) Apo is at the very end of our line of Airstreams, making it the most private and secluded.

This Airstream features a private bathroom with access to the new bathhouse with private showers, and queen bed that sleeps 2. All Airstreams have pour-over coffee stations. All Airstreams have heat and AC. This unit is not rent-able for towing. This property is not pet or smoke friendly.

A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added to all overnight stays.

We live in a quiet neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac. There is a small park nearby with a picnic area. Pueblo has special events that we love to host such as: National Hot Rod Association has Rocky Mountain Street Rod Nationals in June, Boats, Bands, and BBQ in June, Rollin' on the Riverwalk on the 4th of July, Colorado State Fair, B Street Bash, and Festival Fridays during the summer, Chile & Frijoles Festival in September, and Oktoberfest in September.

The space
Your bedroom is light and airy; the bed has a comfy Single size mattress. A private bath and shower is only a few steps from your room. Right outside your room is a desk if you need a place to write or a table to work on your laptop. The loft has a huge picture window for a relaxing view. I think you will love having the second floor to yourself!

Pueblo has a beautiful Riverwalk as well as hiking & biking trails that meander all the way to the Pueblo Reservoir and follow the Arkansas River. Our climate is mild which makes every day a good day to be outside.

My adult daughter, Aurora lives here too. She works late until Midnight, so be aware that although she is as quiet as she can be when we have Airbnb guests, she does come home and make food so there could be some noise at night.

This room is perfect if you are traveling through or need a temporary place to stay. I have had great experiences staying with others though Airbnb and hope to provide similar experience! This room has a queen size bed, basic accoutrements such as linens, bath towel, soap and there is a guest bathroom on the hall. Living rooms and kitchen are open to you. Guests have access to the entire apartment unit. There is a private parking space and plenty of street parking. You will need to climb a steep narrow staircase to get into the apartment. There is a folding chair on the front porch, if guest wish to sit outside

This apartment is on the second floor of a historic brick apartment building, guest will need to climb a stairway to enter the apartment.

There is a TV in the bedroom. Guest will need to sign into their own accounts for streaming services on ROKU.

The outside of the home and a few areas inside are still under renovation. (Yard has weeds, building a deck. Inside half bath is being remodeled to a full bath both bathrooms still fully functional.) No inside remodeling will occur while you are here. The home and neighborhood are both peaceful. Your room has a balcony over looking the mountains. At night from the living room you can see the beautiful city lights.
