It's very clean house . When you walk on hard wood floor It's make you smiley . Bedrooms and living room has no ceiling lights make your stay memorable in the lights of lamps . The great thing for this house is its location . When you look at your bedrooms 1 and 2 windows you will see amazing view of Red River . Huge backyard (just at Red River's bank ) to enjoy in the summer with fire pit and BBQ . Very nice porch to enjoy .

This house has basement also but nicly painted concrete floor . Laundry and 2nd washroom also located in the basement.

The main massive open concept area features many windows, a gorgeous custom electric fireplace with 75 inch smart TV. 2 kings, 1 queen and a futon provides adequate sleeping for families and groups up to 8. The kitchen is stocked with all of your essentials and small appliances. Our master bedroom has been tastefully finished with a double exit to the deck and fenced main yard and fire pit.

The living room ceiling fan is turned on and off by the middle switch beside the fire extinguisher. There is a white remote to adjust speed. We prefer to keep it running clockwise for air distribution without much wind, but it is up to you how you use it!

The other three ceiling fans found in the bedrooms may be used that your comfort as well. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is only controlled by way of the drawstrings.

This home has three bedroom. There is a giant master bedroom that opens to the patio, has a king bed and a futon - sleeping itself up to four people.

A king bedroom sleeps two, a queen bedroom sleeps two, and in the living room we can accomodate up to another 2 on the couches.

There are two bathrooms - the larger has a shower and a tub/shower. The smaller has a tub/shower.

We have a fireplace, fire pit, bbq, and three acres of backland to explore.
