Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak times. - "The girls at Mimoza were absolutely amazing. Even though this time we only got to spend one night in Skiathos as we were visiting another island the staff made us feel more than welcome. They kept our luggage and allowed us to use a bathroom after check out as our flight was leaving later in the day. There is an apartment on the ground level which connects via the internal marble stairway. The apartment also has its own private entrance and features a kitchen with large refrigerator, electric oven and stove-top, a bedroom with two single beds, full bathroom, and a spacious sitting room that has a trundle bed (like a sofa) and a fold-out queen-size futon.

The sliding glass door from the apartment living room and bedroom open to a covered terrace. The pool is just steps away.

Adjacent to the apartment is a spacious recreation area with large glass-doors with southern facing views allowing lots of light. The large recreation room opens directly onto the pool and garden terraces. This air-conditioned space has a ping pong table and tables with chairs for games and group activities. There is a full bathroom, refrigerator, and a sink.
In a section of this room an adjustable bedroom which sleeps up to 4 people has been created. It is separated by mobile dividing screens.

The infinity pool is situated just steps from the villa and is surrounded by gardens and olive groves. The Infinity effect gives a relaxing experience as the naturally colored water visually blends with the sea below. The view from inside and outside the pool is spectacular. At night, the pool is illuminated by internal lights, which along with surrounding terrace lights, offer a very romantic and peaceful atmosphere.

There is a new outdoor kitchen with breathtaking views. It is equipped with fridge, sink and gas BBQ.

THE STUDIOS comprise of an attractively decorated, open plan bed-sitting room with either double or twin beds: excellent shower room with basin and WC.; a modern very well equipped kitchen with marble work surfaces (full cooker, hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, etc.); opening onto a private, sea view, garden terrace with marble dining table and cane chairs. There are fans, hairdryers and safe deposit boxes in each studio; parasols and cool boxes are provided for use at the beach.
SERVICE. Cleaning is daily and bed linen and towels are changed regularly. On arrival accommodations are arranged with fresh flowers, fruit, drinks and provisions for the first mornings breakfast.
THE POOL terrace has panoramic sea views and wonderful sunsets; cushioned sunbeds and big sun umbrellas. The pool is over 14 meters long with a shallow end. It is salt water chlorinated; an Australian system making it kind to the skin. There is a BBQ area. The pool is exclusively for our guests. There is a separate shaded GAMES TERRACE with table tennis, a pool table, table football and library.
CAR-HIRE is recommended not only as it is a steep walk up but also to allow you to enjoy the island fully. I am happy to arrange this for you. The car can be picked up and dropped off at the airport…. Or you may prefer to arrange this yourself.

The roads are easy to follow with a 20 minute easy drive to Gails from the airport. The road leading to Gails is up a bumpy and steep hill but you get used to it and once you're there, it's so worth it. Our little apartment was fully equipped, extremely clean and yes just as I've titled it...'a little piece of heaven!' Gorgeous views, beautiful mature gardens, a gorgeous swimming pool and games area. We even had a little welcome pack of fresh flowers, eggs, butter, milk, bread, local honey and bottles of water... so lovely. And easy parking, everything you need! The island is small so you can explore every beach you want to find, whether it's a relaxing small cove or an exciting water sport beach with music. And, if you're brave enough to take the dirt tracks listen to Gail when she tells you the best way to go...I recommend whole heartedly this beautiful escape without hesitation Nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved it! 😍"

No breakfast or food options, but enough amenities around that this isn't an issue. The greek sanitary system (not the hotels fault, but due to other inconsiderate families constantly flushing toilet paper down the loo, our bathroom flooded which was rather unpleasant, but the staff were amazing in how they dealt with this) Pro's outweigh the cons but a landslide and the staff are an asset to the hotel. We had an amazing stay and if we ever come back to Skiathos we wouldn't hesitate to book here again, maybe just in a different room due to the ignorant other guests. "
