- "Superb!" - "Comfortable older style house set in a lovely location directly on the bay. Very close walk to Soldiers Point Marina where you can get coffee, meals or catch the water taxi. Close walk to a number of bay beaches. Parkland at the back of the house gives a good sense of space and direct access to the water and kids playground. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful sunsets!" - "The house is set in quiet, peaceful surroundings overlooking the water. Gorgeous sunsets can be viewed off the back deck and through the many floor to ceiling sliding doors/windows that open off the dining/lounge areas. The stars are beautiful at night. We loved laying out on the deckchairs to stargaze at night. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. Pillows, quilts and blankets are provided. Pillows are very soft so if you are particular about it I suggest to bring your own pillows. Main bedroom has access to deck overlooking garden. The second bedroom was perfect for our three children with a double/single bunk bed which also has a single trundle if needed for an extra person. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and serve up any meal. There is a dishwasher, stove/oven and fridge aswell as toaster and kettle. Also any cooking utensils for cooking on the BBQ out on the deck (gas provided). There is a small laundry room with front loading washer, dryer, large sink and utility cupboard. The loungeroom was cosy with TV, DVD player. Some DVDs, boardgames and books are provided in tv cabinet. The only downside we had was that the Blueray player that was with the TV didn't have WIFI access so we were not able to use its Netflix, internet access features. So we just watched free to air TV and DVDs. (Some DVDs are provided, not really for children) Overall it's a lovely family holiday house and our family will be back in the future. (Our kids didn't want to leave)"

- "I had really fun staying here we did swimming pool and had a fun time at the beach while we did pictures of our baby's first Christmas." - "Overall very satisfied. - "Whilst the decor was slightly dated - the unit had everything a family could ask for! Fantastic location... We visited over the October long weekend, the rest of the Bay was noisy and over crowed, however, the unit was quiet and Soliders Point was just enough out of the way to be removed from the crowds. However, i suggest reporting ANYTHING you feel is stained, broken as we experienced an issue with O'Meara about a carpet stain which was there when we arrived. Also, if you are booking the unit because it has a pool. You need to know it is only cleaned fortnightly, hence the algae around the sides and bottom of the pool. I did report it to O'Meara too, apparently the pool was cleaned after I reported it, but the algae was still there. Also no keys are supplied for the rear windows so if it rains like it did when we were there expect some flooding. Apart from that all good. Lovely unit and beautiful views. Would have better views if the balcony had glass panels and not concrete wall."

There is an open plan living area that leads straight out to the patio area so you can take in the spectacular views from the living area, the living area has comfortable, stylish furnishings and a ceiling fan to make your stay a little bit more comfortable.

Both bedrooms have stunning views and sliding doors to allow the beautiful sea breeze to flow through and the comforts of ceiling fans. The renovated bathroom has a shower, vanity, and separate toilet.

The unit also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer and one single open car space.
We manage a number of units in Harbourside and offer a choice of ground or top floor positions. The complex is close to tennis courts, shops, boat ramp and restaurants.

Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.

Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Unit 4 is ideally located on the ground floor with direct access straight to the water, the unit has been recently renovated with a fully equipped new kitchen with complete cooking facilities including under bench oven, cooktop and microwave, the unit also provides a dishwasher and beautiful stone benchtops.

There is an open plan living area that leads straight out to the patio area so you can take in the spectacular views from the living area as well. There is a wall mounted TV and ceiling fans in the living area to make your stay a little bit more comfortable.

- "The apartment was spacious and had beautiful serene views. A great spot for family gatherings and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and good location to private beaches. However, the apartment needed a more thorough clean, there were cobwebs on the windows, dead insects around the ceiling, mould and dust in the crevices. Plus the hot water was set to off peak, so be wary of hot water usage. Additionally there were no extra touches to make it homey, such as hand wash, body wash, face washers or paper towel and cleaning sprays to wipe benches clean. I would recommend the location, but come prepared with what you need to enjoy the stay."
