- "For an overnight stay, this was perfect. We did a staycation that allowed us to be driving distance away from areas of San Francisco. This location is located near the old Candlestick park, and past the SF airport. It's near the water, which is nice but windy. The indoor pool facilities were nice and clean and pool was heated. Nice size gym for a quick workout, and the hotel room itself was impressive. One thing that stood out to me was the lighting underneath the bench in the hotel room. It was nice because you can have that on as a soft room light without it being too bright to keep you up. Overall, the stay was great. They do not have room service, but there is a restaurant downstairs that serves some pretty good food. I would definitely stay again."

We shared the bottom half of the home with three other guests. I was impressed on how clean the space was and absolutely loved the decor. Bathroom was spacious. Kitchen had dishes available, coffee maker, toster oven, microwave, mini fridge & table all were in good condition. $10 secure parking was worth it in my opinion as opposed to parking on the street. There wasn't a TV in our room. Listing does say LED TV with cable service as an amenitie. Stayed in room I, on a Saturday. During our stay we had a bit of an issues w the toilet flushing. Reached out management and they responded quickly. They were going to sends someone asap but my hubby was able to fix the issue. Would I stay here again? Nope, wasn't my cup of tea. The other guests would not lock the door behind them when leaving & I would prefer to have my own bathroom. "

The only con which is not really too bad, they’re just taking the necessary precautions is they require a $150 deposit hold upon check-in that is only accepted through credit card, on the bright side it was quickly refunded 24 hours after I left. But regardless, they checked all my boxes in what I like in a hotel. A quality, budget-friendly, and welcoming stay is all I could ask for. "

There are a queen size beds in the room, one sofabed and an air mattress in the living room that are comfy to sleep on. Bathroom has a hair dryer. A free parking spot (A) are on the property. In some cases, we can also offer the another parking spot on the property land based on availability as well. The house has EV charger for the guests with electric vehicle (guests pay for the electricity). There is a lot of natural light through big windows! Hope you enjoy your stay.

The house is equipped with a smart lock. That means you can check-in at anytime (even 3 am!) with your code! Let's say your flight has delays and you arrive at SFO around 1 am. You are only minutes away from the house (and a comfortable bed to rest) and also you can enter the house on your own using self check-in option!

We have a professional cleaning service that details and sanitizes the entire 3 bedroom house before and after every guest. We guarantee that it will be immaculately cleaned before you arrive. Sometimes, a Roomba robot sweeps and mobs the house before our guests arrives. Our cleaners also wash all sheets, towels, pillow covers, and blanket covers before and after each guest. Also, we pay living wage (Over 4 times of the minimum wage) to our cleaners who live locally.

Please make sure you follow all the house rules (no party, no pet, no smoking inside, no illegal file downloading, quiet hours, etc). In a rare case that a guest break each rule, a $250 in penalty will be charged. Also, please be clear about the total number of guests when booking this house. If you are trying to host a large group, there will be some additional charges.
