It obviously has changed ownership (probably foreign) and the current owners clearly have no interest in maintaining the property. The windows in my room were filthy, the toilet had disgusting looking stains, the AC vents were covered with dust, and there was mold in the shower. It was obvious that the room hadn't had a thorough cleaning in a very long time. Now I know why the room was relatively cheap. I just hope I didn't catch a disease from this place."

The place is incredibly well stocked from kitchen supplies, guest snacks, plentiful coffee options, toiletries, beach towels and umbrellas. It is hard to think about what our host did not include in making sure the stay was wonderfully hospitable. We spent the weekend here with our family and another family of friends - adults and teens alike had great spaces to be together or to spend some time on their own. And-there is an incredible play space equipped with a little play house and play kitchen in the basement that would be great for littler kids. The entire set up was perfect for the group who stayed, and for some of the family who stayed in nearby hotels, but enjoyed hanging out with us due to the space and the welcoming feel of our place. Jerry and Kelly have thought of everything to encourage their guests to feel at home and equip them with anything they may have inadvertently left behind. I chose this rental since it also offers a bath and a half, and that was necessary for our group. Also, we were gathered for a family wedding, and there are mirrors in every bedroom, which was great for getting ready. I would highly recommend Jerry and Kelly's place if you are staying in the area. We would rent here again on a future, return trip."
