- "We rented this property for 10 days with extended family. We had an amazing week! It's great for sharing a different culture with your kids! No big resorts, no american restaurants or influences. The home is beautiful with all the comforts of the US, except you can't drink the water. Ydelfonso was wonderful with the few little issues we had (totally expected for Mexico and always addressed immediately). He met us personally to go over the house when we arrived and came to see us off when we left. He brought us snacks, water, and cerveza as requested on arrival. He checked in and fixed things, but was never intrusive. The highlight was Ricardo and Shelly, who cooked for us during our stay. They became like family, and we will mess them!! Amazing food and such great people!! Almost no one speaks english, so if you don't speak Spanish, you will need Google translate! You also need a car. The house and pool are beautiful. The beach is not the prettiest, but it's shallow and safe for kids. You can walk forever and still be only waist high. Very few waves. Being right by a flamingo habitat was one of our favorite perks!! If you are looking to experience mexico, this is an amazing opportunity!"

This property is a three story detached house ( with big garden ) with an open plan and an American style kitchen. The kitchen includes granite countertops and glass cabinets and is fully equipped. It also includes a new stainless steel refrigerator , another small fridge and a granite topped island with a gas stainless steel cooktop. The house includes a spacious living and dining area.. The property has three bedrooms; one downstairs and two en suites on the second floor. The upstairs suites enjoy a full terrace and ocean view. One of the en suites has been remodel in 2022 ( new concrete roof ) has a king sized bed, and the second master suite also enjoys a king sized bed. The third bedroom on the ground floor has one queen sized bed and one full size bed. All bedrooms have A/C units. All bathrooms are spacious and have been recently remodeled with marble /tile vanities and marble sinks. The large backyard consists of a huge terrace facing the ocean, leading to the 11 meter long laguna pool. The back yard has sand so children can play in the sand or enjoy the pool while parents can watch them from the covered terrace while sipping their favorite drinks. The front yard has a large private circular driveway. The house has a WIFI which is great for streaming movies, shows , news, sports events on all guest's devices. If you own Netflix you can watch it in Mexico. The house has no TV monitor. Downstairs is Telmex infinitum and upstairs and Netgear router (user name UPSTAIRS ) . Passwords will be provided..Outdoors : there is a charcoal grill. It is literally right on the beach with two paths to the water just 50 yards from the pool. The check in process was perfect. I contacted Juan, the property manager, on what'sapp from the airport. I was running late. He met us at the house with the key exactly the time that we calculated. Juan was very helpful at showing me all the workings of the house. He also offered me to call him with any questions that I had. I wanted to visit a Mayan ruin and a cenote during our stay. He told me to contact Eduardo ( Hector) his brother and he would drive us to where we wanted to go. We hired Hector for the day and went to Uxmal, another ruin, and two cenotes. Thank goodness we hired him as the road system in the area is not well marked and we probably wouldn't have found them. Thank you Hector. I also contacted Mary on 2 occasions with questions. I didn't expect to get immediate responses but Mary was very gracious and glad to help. The listing in VRBO is very good and we found the property to be well above our expectations. My wife and I have rented about 8 or nine "beach" properties around the world over the years and this was by far the most comfortable and nicest one we have stayed in. The Telchac Puerto town is very safe as well as many towns between Telchac Puerto and Sisal which we visited. On another day we had Hector limo us to a town called Tekit where my wife did some major fabric and clothes shopping. The whole town is full of shops where items are custom made and of high quality. We had a wonderful week and wished we could have stayed longer. Next time it will be a month!!!. All-in-all this was one of the best vacations we ever had and I would recommend Las Mananitas to everyone."

Telchac Puerto is a beautiful an quiet fishermen's town. The
ocean view from every and each single room of the house are truly
phenomenal. The bedrooms are all spacious and tastefully decorated
with ornaments and shell frames. The house has back and front
terraces were you can hang up your hammocks and enjoy the sunsets
and the ocean view with the soft breeze of the sea.
The swimming pool is completely surounded by coconut trees, honey
and grape plants wich make it very private and relaxing.
The natural beauty is truly fantastic!!! It is the best of the best!
Our community has so many things to offer. We are beautifully
located --far enough out of the busy-ness of the city but close
enough to Mérida. (45 minutes distance from our home).
Come and enjoy the conveniences of this beach like the

I love going to bed and waking up with the sound and breeze of the sea, as the whole house has beach front with big cristal windows, so you can see the coconut trees and the sea from your bed.

Two story house in front of the beach, located just 4kms away from the downtown of Telchac. It has palapa areas, bar near the ocean where you can cook an amazing BBQ with your friends and family. The master bedroom has a palapa roof and on the third floor you can find a view point with a palapa and hammocks, a great place to relax and watch the sunset.
You will have access to our private pool with the pool bar and volleyball area for having a priceless time with your friends and family.
