The room was musty but we brought an air freshener and moisture traps to help with the humidity. The staff at the resort are top notch from lobby to bar to entertainment team. Everyone who works there works hard and are eager to help. The beach and grounds are tended to regularly and we saw a crew of twenty in the mornings to pick up trash from the day before by hand along the beach. There are plenty of food options all day so you won’t get hungry or bored with the selection. We tipped at every meal, multiple times a day at the bars and every day for the maids. Not only because of the property itself but because of the VIP butler service. Carlos was my butler during my stay and he was beyond, making sure I had dinner reservations for every single night and always in touch with me to check if I needed anything. I’ve never been so spoiled in a vacation stay like I had at this hotel, and I think most of it was because of the high level of professionalism from Carlos.
