The staff was friendly even when their Neighbours to the North were acting entitled as they can when not getting their hotdogs fast enough. Decent top shelf options at the lobby bar and the Pub. Really hit it off with the boys at the lobby bar(Gustavo, Enruque and Alejandro) those guys gave great service always smiling and were really patient and happy to help me with my Spanish.(they spoke English well but I'm trying) Poolside food was way better than I expected. Two beach bar/restaurants are very close by, and it's a short walk to the town center. The Arrecifes staff is excellent, they are easily accessible, and provide great service. The units do show the usual and normal wear-and-tear of constant salt air exposure and Caribbean weather, but everything is clean and comfortable. I have stayed at Arrecifes seven times and plan on returning."
