- "It is a quaint one room all wood apartment with a loft 2nd bedroom with single bed. The kitchen is very small and now better equipped since we stayed there. One queen bed on main floor with 2 fold up couches that do form beds. We had them bring in more pillows and sheets for our family. The overall lighting is very poor, like one bulb to light entire space and we has them put in one bulb over sink area but i left a new led strip for them to instal in its place. I left a knife sharpener as the knives were far too dull to cut anything . The beach chairs were fine once i repaired them. The place has potential to be the ideal retreat if they just take care of everything better. Jose the property manager was very nice and willing to help us as much as he could. If they clean the place up a bit and improve the lighting and leave all the improvements we left behind ( like wine glasses) people will enjoy staying there. Oh yes and put in a new shower head and maybe add a few plates. .."

The property consists of 8 incredible hectares of jungle and nature, where 2 cabins are distributed with a distance of 10 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car between each one, a crystalline cenote where you can observe turtles and fish, said cenote is shared between the 2 cabins, a fully equipped kitchen, a large Palapa with spacious dining rooms, a barbecue, campfire area and very spacious living room that are also shared between the 2 cabins. These spaces will make you fall in love!

The common areas include 4,000 m2 of nature and gardens, a hammock area to relax, a natural pool fed with cenote water and a sundeck to enjoy the sun, terraces, a palapa for events, a living room, a dining room and a fire pit. We have a grill and utensils, as well as an equipped kitchen and breakfast preparation for only $200 MXN per person. If you would like lunch and dinner service, we ask you to let us know in advance.

During your stay you will live incredible experiences in contact with the fresh air of nature. You can start the day with a yoga session, swim in one of the more than 100 cenotes around, take a local crafts workshop, take a ride on an ATV or seek extreme thrills on a zip line. At night you will return to the privacy of your cabin to rest with the sounds of the jungle under the light of the stars.
