Pets stay for FREE!! Come and relax in our THREE Bedroom and 1 bath home! All of the beds are QUEEN! We are located in a quite, well maintained neighborhood! It's so beautiful in the fall with all the tree's! It does not feel like you're in the city! There are no railroad tracks or businesses in our neighborhood! We do have stairs up to our home and the washer and dryer are in the basement! I feel that is important to know! We have a fenced in back yard! If you stay with a pet please keep it off my furniture and off the beds! Please clean up after your pets as well. Check-in time is 3 p.m and Check-out is 10 a.m. If you need me and I don't respond please call me. Sometimes I don't hear the ding!!!! ● Stay south of the power lines on back of the property.
● Conduct of children and guests is the responsibility of the party renting the house.
Refrain from: walking through someone else's campsite, riding a bicycle recklessly and

● Speed Limit is 5 mph
● Golf Carts and Side by Sides are permitted. Drivers of golf cart and side by side must be
14 and older. Golf cart and side by side will observed the 5 mph speed limit. Total
persons riding should not exceed the capacity of the cart is design for. Golf Carts/Side by
sides must stay on mowed trails. Carts must stay out of farm field. Stay south of the
power lines.
● No Pets inside the house. Pets outside must be kept on leash.
● Campfires are permitted and must be supervised until it burns down.
● No cutting down trees or taking woods from the campground property. You may
purchase firewood from the campground.

Depending on how far ahead you book, over 100 could sleep in the campgrounds.

Pet Waste Policy

Outdoor Relief Only: Please ensure your pet relieves itself outside. Indoor accidents, including the use of potty pads, are not permitted.

Clean Up After Your Pet: Guests must promptly pick up and dispose of any pet waste.

Indoor Accidents & Fees: Any instance of your pet urinating or defecating indoors will be considered a violation of our house rules. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if an accident occurs.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space clean and enjoyable for all guests. Thank you!

Additional fee for more than 4 guests, $20 per person/per night.

Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, back, and side yard, and at the doorbell for the safety of the owner's belongings.

In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.

Please be advised that only toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet. Items such as flushable wipes, feminine products, or diapers should not be flushed due to the sensitive nature of the plumbing system. Please dispose of such items in the trash. In the event that a clog is discovered during or after your departure, a charge of $300 - $1000 will be assessed to cover the necessary repairs.

- "You could tell that this was a rundown property that was cheaply renovated. you should probably contact Google and have them update the picture of the house because when we were looking for directions, it still shows the picture of the house pre"renovations".The linoleum on the floor is not glued down well so it bubbles under your feet when you walk. I will say that the inside was clean, but there was a smell of sewer or sulfur when you turned the AC on.The yard was not mowed at all. The grass was high and landscaping overrun. Which is a shame because the landscaping looks beautiful.Plenty of blankets and pillows overall, it’s served its purpose."
