Each bedroom has access to a balcony and has plenty of storage - although one of the rooms has partially-restricted headroom due to roofline. The house consists of two floors. The ground floor consists of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a small office and garage. The stairs leading to the upper floor to a hall open to a kind of indoor garden. In the main floor are the kitchen and the living room, consisting of a living area with fireplace and dining area, facing south and with direct connection to the terrain and the pool and with stunning views. Also on this floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside and adjacent to the dining area there is a porch for meals and an extensive lawn. To the south-west side is the pool with a wooden fence and protected from the winds.
The views are stunning: to the valley and mountain in the south, Lisbon in the north and the west the sunset in sea, after an extensive pine forest.
Outside are the pool with 10x5m, a large trampoline and a basketball table. There are available 4 adult bicycles and 2 children bicycles for walks nearby. Inside there are 2 tv, table games, video games, piano and ping-pong table.
