Only negative experience was the check out time at 10:00. Most other hotels in Portugal allowed check out by 11 or 12 by default. We refused to pay 45 EUR extra for one hour after spending in excess of 1300 EUR there. Apparently management doesn’t see it as an insult🙄 "
