Moccasin Lake is located on the Wallowa River with a bridge that leads down to the water - enjoy the 165 feet of private river frontage while you stay at this lovely cabin. The large deck on the back offers a quiet retreat with the river burbling along nearby. The yard is flat and well maintained, with a bridge that takes you to the river, making this the perfect cabin for children and adults alike! Inside this adorable cabin is a knotty-pine all-wood interior. The living room has a propane fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and comfortable seating. The kitchen is equipped with all the things you'll need to prepare wonderful meals and shares an open floor plan with the living room, so the cook can partake in the group's conversation. Both bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable queen beds and the bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the utility room. This is one of the most popular vacation rentals at the resort side of Wallowa Lake. This is a smoke free, pet free vacation rental absolutely no acceptations . No Service animals they would directly threaten the health and safety of the next guest, as we offer pet free accommodations for people with pet allergies and to our house cleaner who is allergic to pet dander. The presence of an animal fundamentally alters the nature of the housing. Their would be no way we could clean thoroughly enough between guest to eliminate any and all allergens from animal left in the home. A cleaning charge of $300 and immediate cancelation will be enforce if any animals enter the rental or any smoking/vaping inside.

Please be courteous let us know in advance if you’ll have extra guests. We don’t provide extra linens or supplies beyond the base rate, and unregistered guests may result in cancellation.

🔇NOISE: When guests are in the condo above, you will hear some noise.

🔑CHECK-IN: Contactless after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call between 12:30 and 1:00 PM on your arrival day for potential early access.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour ($10/hour for guests that book direct) starting as early as 1:00 PM.

⏰ CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour ($10/hour for guests that book direct).

🚭NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.

🎉 PARTIES: Require prior approval.

🕝 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

🪳BUGS: Regular treatments are conducted, but our proximity to farms may lead to indoor bugs. Keep doors closed to minimize this.

🛌BEDS: medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm.

📹 SECURITY: A video doorbell is in place on the exterior of the entrance.

❄️ AIR CONDITIONING: A portable AC unit is provided and effective but it isn't quite.

🏘️ BUILDING EXTERIOR: While the interior is tastefully decorated, the exterior is a plain 4-plex. Please refer to listing photos for an accurate depiction.

🧺WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat between Lakes Basin Village and Joseph and we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).

📺 TV & Streaming Info
There’s a Smart TV ready for you to log in to your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or Disney+.

Just a heads-up — there’s no cable or local channels. If you want live TV, you will need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.
