- "This is a lovely place for a stay by the coast 30/40 km north of Porto. The house is ideal for a holiday - well equipped, clean and with a pool - the sea was fairly cold so having a pool was a 'must' especially if you have children. There are lots of excellent seafood restaurants nearby and a lovely sandy beach (less than 10 minutes wak) - and the nearby town of Apulia is 20 minutes walk - you don't need to hire a car - the host Rui Miguel was very helpfull in arranging transport for our return to Porto Airport and answering any queries we had.
