It is a 15-minute drive from Nazaré beach and other picturesque beaches and various points of great tourist interest, such as Monastery of Batalha, Monastery of Alcobaça, Sanctuary of Fátima, Caves of Mira de Aire, National Park of the Sierras de Aire and Lamps, and much more !! At 300 mt of IC2 with fast accesses to IC9, A1, A8 and A19.

Overall very pleased and would come back again ." - "We stayed here for 2 weeks with our teenager children. Leticia the host was lovely and communication from her was great. The villa is nice and has all the amenities you could need but the real selling point is the pool. We spent the majority of our time outside enjoying the pool space which more than made up for any shortcoming in the property. We knew when booking that the property was not as modern or luxurious perhaps as some others but this is reflected in the price which was really affordable compared to some other places. The villa is not in the most touristy of areas which is what we wanted but do be aware if you do want to go see sights etc then a car is a must. It is in great central location however for visiting many places and only 1hr1/2 from Lisbon so great for day trips. For our personal taste the beds were on the hard side but leticia has already said in previous reviews that this is something they are aware of and will look to upgrade as and when they can. The only other thing for us that dampened our stay was the many dogs in the area. The house is situated in a slightly rural area and many of the houses have dogs which does mean a lot of barking. As dog owners ourselves barking doesnt normally concern us but there was a lot of barking during the night which did keep us up at times. This is not something that can be controlled by the host however and part and parcel of staying a bit further out. This was a lovely little villa tho and the friendliness of the host and her family and the pool and amenities more than make up for any negative points and if we were to return to the area we would definitely consider booking with Leticia again."

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.

Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.

In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.

To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
House Rules:

***ALL Direct Bookings through our website & bookings made through VRBO will be required to submit a copy of your government issued ID. Your reservation will be cancelled if you do not provide this required identification***

Rental Agreement: Guest must sign a rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed. A $350 offline security deposit will be required, and a link will be sent to you.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately in the ashtrays that are provided. Additional cleaning fees maybe charged in the event cigarette butts are found outside of the ashtrays.

Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors.

Unannounced guests: Prices are quoted in accordance with occupancy of the rooms. We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm. Pre check in form must be submitted- All guest must be registered

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.

Noise: Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.

Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.

Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you wash anything that is used. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.

Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.

Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.

Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom

Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.
