Villa Chloe is located within the luxury Country Club resort of Praia D'el Rey. The resort sits atop the fabulous Atlantic Ocean with the most amazing beach and ocean views and is set in the pine trees. The resort offers two of Portugal's premier golf courses (voted the 9th best golfing resort in Continental Europe 2018/2019 and Westcliff golf course accolades are even better). The villa is in a quiet part of the resort and in a great location. It is only 5 mins walk from the clubhouse and tennis centre and 3 mins drive or 10 mins walk from the beautiful private long sandy beach.
Villa Chloe is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It has 3 large bedrooms, with the master bedroom on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower and bidet on the first floor and the third bedroom with twin beds is also on the first floor. The second bedroom on the ground floor has an en suite with a bath, shower and bidet. The living room has a large 'L' shaped sofa which provides ample space for 6 people, french doors leading out to a fabulous garden room and a separate dining room which also has french doors leading out to the garden. This is a family orientated space with flat screen TV, free WiFi, Playstation with games library and DVD with DVD library. The kitchen is well equipped with a granite work top and has all the appliances that you would want including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine.

The villa is in a great area for families and golfers as the villa is a 5 min walk to the practice area and first tee through the gated complex. Really impressed with the villa, exactly as it says in the description and very clean and with modern tech around the house. You will def need a hire car to get around as taxi's can be expensive if you dine outside of the local area, although recommend eating at nearby Obidos and surrounding places. Welcome pack was very nice with basics and very detailed information pack about the villa and what to do. One information missing - Would have been good to get some taxi numbers in the pack but the nearby hotel / clubhouse has these too. Main golf courses - West Cliff and Royal Obidos is around 10-15 mins drive which both are great courses and Praia Del Rey walking distance from the villa. Located in a small hamlet in a rural area on a hillside, this wonderful villa benefits from marvellous countryside views. This recent all ground floor villa has a comfortable living room, a dining area, french windows to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are three bedrooms, one en-suite shower room and a further bathroom.
