- "The property was fantastic. Clean, large spaces, enough bedrooms for everyone to choose from. The outdoor space was terrific. Large pool with enough sunbeds for everyone. We had 17 people with us - so had BBQ two nights using the outdoor grill and outdoor dining. Large enough table indoors too for family dining. Beautiful spaces and everything was super clean and modern - a perfect stay away. The manager was able to be contacted through WhatsApp and she always replied very quickly - most of my questions were before I arrived, we settled right in when we got there. If you arrive early with lots of luggage, as the villa doesn't allow check in until 4 - use some of the bag safe shops in Lisbon whete you can store your bags safely while you grab a bite to eat or explore the area. Shop, cafe and one of tge best Portuguese restaurants literally one street away. You must try O Julios for both morning coffee and lunch - the best meals duringbour whole stay - we went there three times in one week! Beautiful beaches and Ubers are super quick and cheap to use for transport if you don't want to walk. The local shop has all your essentials- the family who own it are delightful- they will helo you with anything! The best bit about the location of this villa is that you wont see another tourist nearby - everything around you is very local and everyone is so welcoming. Uber to Lisbon Airport is just under 30 euros for an XXL. You will love your stay!"

- "We had a wonderful stay. Ian was an attentive host and quick to reply. Upon arrival, he took us to the supermarket, since we had no car, to buy what we needed to have during our stay. I asked why there were no basics and he explained that to ensure hygiene he does not keep even basic spices. The beds were firm and the bathrooms (4 of them) were all equipped with showers and toilets. This was very convenient as we were 4 adults meeting for a writing retreat. Uber can readily pick you up, but dropping you off can be a challenge. Ian was accessible to give directions and from then on, we knew how to instruct drivers too. We would absolutely stay here again due to its seclusion. If you are staying here as a get away for Lisbon, be prepared for traffic on the bridge or to take a train or ferry across the water. - "Large villa with all the required facilities. Bedrooms plenty big enough, along with plenty of accompanying bathrooms. Lounge area has numerous seating areas provided, and the kitchen can accommodate up to eight if required. The outside area has enough space for all to sunbathe, and the pool is fine as long as the sun has warmed it up adequately (unfortunately we were there when the sun wasn't doing its job every day). The surrounding area is still undergoing development in a couple of places, so the local roads are not to the standard you might expect, but this does keep the very small amount of local traffic down to a very slow speed. Luis was very responsive to issues, which included during our time: driveway gate remote control needing new battery and air conditioning needing top-up - handled via email and phone calls within 24 hours. Local amenities are very good, including restaurant and grocery store withing pleasant walking distance (although note comment on roads above), plus the golf courses and tennis availability. A larger Aldi store is also a short walk or car ride away. Plenty of beaches and restaurants within a short car ride (Luis will provide numerous recommendations), and Lisbon central is just a 20-30 mins car ride north, or cheap taxi ride. In summary, a very large villa with all the amenities needed, easy access to beaches and city, and Luis provides an excellent responsive service to any issues."

- "The Villa was better than the pictures stated, we had 3 females and 5 males which was a comfy fit for the villa size. The Villa was easy to get to by uber but for some reason there is a place with the same name in lisbon too so just double check before ordering. Once we arrived we had wine, bread, cheese and fruit waiting for us, which we all loved. Nice medium sized pool out the back with a BBQ that was used most days. Shops and food around 9 to 20 min walk distance, the beach was a 30min walk. The area was very nice, calm and very local, lots of places didn't know English so knowing some Portuguese really helped. Overall a very good place to stay with friends over 28+. Thank you."
