- "This property is absolutely lovely. Everything was very clean, and the rooms are light and spacious. The teenagers thought the pool was great. The outside daybed is perfect for chilling and reading. The whole property is fenced off which makes it feel very secure. You can walk to the beach from the property… 20-30 minutes, but ubers and buses are very easy to use, so we chose to make use of those. The hosts are super helpful, and gave us lots of information about the buses, local restaurants, beaches and how to get there.. and also where to buy the bus tickets from, because it wasn’t obvious! If we were to visit this area again, I would definitely stay here. I only dropped one star rating for the listing, because we realised that the Portuguese listing and the English listing are different. The English listing suggests that you have access to all five bedrooms, which isn’t the case. Despite that, would recommend this property."

- "We were a family of 7 including myself and my spouse (2 seniors), my daughter and her spouse and their 2 children, ages 9 and 12 and my 3rd grandson, age 17. The location was excellent, near beaches, restaurants and markets. Maria and Jose could not have been more helpful in explaining the villa's features upon our arrival. The villa accommodated the 7 of us comfortably, with 1 grandson sleeping on the sofa bed. It had everything that we could have needed in terms of appliances, cookware and tableware and the exterior was a big plus with the small very clean pool, outdoor BBQ and area to dine or simply relax. The area was very safe and there was room in the gated driveway that easily accommodated 2 cars. The only negative was the fact that the neighborhood had many dogs, who barked frequently, but we are all animal lovers and we were able to get used to their noise quickly. I would recommend this villa very highly."

This is a villa located in a residential area in a pine forest, Aroeira area, perfect to enjoy the nature, birds or walks, and is only 20min from Lisbon, 5 minutes from sandy beaches, Fonte da Telha up until Costa da Caparica, next to the Aroeira golf Club, with two 18-hole golf courses.
You can enjoy the garden with a magnificent sun exposure and dining area, make nice meals on the grill, relax on sun loungers or use the various games and amusements.
The pool heated , is private and has two depth levels, ranging from 1m to 2,3m deep depth side of the board jump. In the garden there is a shower, barbecue, sink and a full bathroom with shower.
You can find a small commercial space with cafes, butcher, grocery, etc as well as a park with tennis and padel courts at 400m distance, and a supermarket "Aldi" in 1300m.

Magnificent villa in a pleasant, quiet residential area, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, garden and large private pool (13 x 6m), a large games room with pool table, table football, outdoor barbecue , very close to the Aroeira golf course, 4-5 km from the beach and 25 km from the center of Lisbon and the airport. Inside you will find a large and comfortable living-dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The 5 bedrooms are spread over 2 floors:
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with private shower. 1 convertible sofa is available in the large living room
You will also find a desk, reading and toilet area.
On the 1st floor:
- 1 master suite (approximately 40m2) with 1 double bed, bathroom (bath and walk-in shower), plenty of storage space and a large terrace overlooking the pool
- two other bedrooms with double bed + shared bathroom
- bedroom 5: double bed and private bathroom
Free Wi-Fi Internet. Towels and sheets provided. Outside, the villa has a garden with large 13m x 6m swimming pool.
The relaxation area around the pool is large enough for the greatest tranquility of all. An additional space of serenity also exists in the garden-Orchard behind the annex of the house. A haven of peace for reading and napping under lemon, mandarin and other fruit trees in the region.
The kitchen and living room open onto an outdoor terrace with a barbecue and a dining area around a table allowing pleasant meetings and refined dinners outside. Private parking for up to 3 cars. The house is preferably rented 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. We can accept stays of less time (minimum 5 days) between October and May.

The games room for kids is a lifesaver for rainy days and the pool, although too cold in October, would be gorgeous in warmer weather." - "The house is very spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen ist very well equipped and huge. The house has for example even two fridges, which is really helpful if you have to feed hungry teenagers. The pool is big and the garden/terrace well kept and has different places to sit and have lunch or dinner. Our children enjoyed very much the billiard, the ping-pong table and the other entertainment possibilities. Nearby are two supermarkets and within a couple of more minutes you can reach Caparica for more options. In walking distance there is a small mini-market in case you forgot something. For us very nice: there is even a good wineshop around the corner. You can reach nice beaches within several minutes from the house. Parking was no problem in September. There are plenty of good restaurants there. Our children visited a surf school since the beaches are perfect for beginners and loved it. Mirita is very helpful and gave many good advices. She answered within minutes, if there was a question coming up. We need e.g. a driver to go to Lissabon and she recommended a very nice and reliable one. Speaking of Lissabon: It is very close by and you can easily go there and back for a trip. We had a wonderful time!"
