The massive covered deck has an additional sun deck with amazing uninhibited views. They are nicely equipped with outdoor chairs, tables, and even a rolling cooler.

The massive open concept living area, sitting room, dining room, and kitchen are only divided by the beautiful ceiling beams. It is lavishly decorated with functionality and comfort in mind. There is an entertainment zone with plush couches and a large television, it opens into a lovely conversation area.
The dining table invites family mealtime and gathering for games, additional seating is available at the island counter.
The kitchen is a chef's dream. It has all the desired top grade appliances including gas range and oven with a pot filler above. The large double door fridge has ice and water dispensers. An additional ice maker is ideal for filling the coolers for a day at the beach or lounging on the beautiful decks. There is a dishwasher, 2 regular coffee makers, and all the small appliances, cookware and serving ware you will need.

The master bedroom is located off of the living room with beach side view. This suite offers a king size bed and tv. It has a fantastic ensuite. This bathroom has a 3 part vanity, 2 sinks with make up station in between, a stand alone soaking tub, walk in closet, and a 3ft by 8 ft walk in shower with shower and rain heads.

The second guest room is in the back of the house to the right. It has a plush king size bed, small sitting area and tv. It also has an ensuite bath with a tile and glass shower and porcelain tub combo.

The third guest room has 4 queen size bunk beds with lights, charging stations, and drawers for each. It also has a television. The hall bath with tile and glass shower and porcelain tub combo is nearby with hallway access.

The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds and comes with a television and hallway access to the 4th bathroom. This bathroom has a tile and glass shower with porcelain tub combo as well.

The 5th guest bedroom is another king size bed with tv and a small sitting area. It offers an ensuite with a walk in shower.

The elevator goes from the ground level to the middle of the house. It is rated for guests to safely ride.

The upstairs is mind blowing but it doesn't stop there! The downstairs is ready for your family to have the best time! It has a bar with a 360 design. You can enjoy a game of corn hole on the beach side or sit at the front of the bar and enjoy the view. To the left of the bar is a gas grill, television, and outdoor shower. Every aspect of this home has been remodeled to breathe new life into this cozy beach house.

While the home is equipped to host 10 people, we think the perfect group size is 6-8. We’re happy to host all 10, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier.

Is that a cloud you’re sleeping on? Nope, that’s just the memory foam mattresses we stock in every bedroom! So, no need to draw straws on who sleeps where, because every room in the house is its own sanctuary.

The .28 acre lot sits just minutes from the beach and is all yours to enjoy some space. Downstairs, there is a tiki bar, picnic tables, BBQ grill, cushioned outdoor seating, swinging bench, shower, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, corn-hole, and outdoor lighting to enjoy the evenings.

Need a break from the heat? Your beach retreat has you covered with central AC, a 75in Samsung Smart TV, board games, Wii console, streaming services (Disney + and YouTube TV included only. For other steaming services bring your own login. Please remember to log out of all your accounts.). After having enjoyed a nice day inside, long after the sun has set, hang out on the upper deck furniture under the stars and enjoy the cool coastal breeze.
Is it winter during a cold front? Hop in the outdoor Hot-Tub on the upper deck right outside the door. You’ll be able to enjoy the jet-propelled steaming water with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Afterwards, use the fully equipped kitchen to cook you and your loved ones a delicious meal.The beach is a short 3-minute walk away, but if you would like to rent a golf cart I recommend you do so as soon as possible! The nearby golf cart rental companies tend to get booked pretty quickly. Kame House has an affiliate: BabyQuip. For a fee, (paid to the vendor) you can rent baby equipment such as cribs, toys, gates etc.. When booking just send me a message and let me know how I can help you, I'd be more than happy to do it :).

Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that’s not waste or toilet paper. Also there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Please discard all waste into the trash can.

NOTE: We charge a higher cleaning fee so we are able to drain, sanitize, refill and balance the hot tub regularly.

PETS: Dogs only. An additional $100 will be added if bringing a pet. No dangerous breeds. Pet must be 50lbs or under.

Check out request: Upon checkout, the guest will be asked to:
- Place dirty dishes in dishwasher with detergent and start
- Place dirty towels in the washing machine with detergent and start
- Turn off the Tvs and lights
- Lock the doors
- Take out the trash
- Open all cabinets and drawers to make sure you don't forget anything. Leave them open for the cleaner.

**There are security cameras on the outside of Kame House. There is one above the front door, one above the back door, one under the house, one on the side of the house and a ring doorbell on the back door (main entrance). Recordings are stored on a secured DVR and viewed following an incident or claim. All recordings are automatically deleted bi-weekly. Tampering with the cameras is not allowed; doing so will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee pot, hand mixer, cookware, dishes, eating and cooking utensils. Tea, coffee and basic spices are available for your convenience. We do provide basic cleaning supplies, ( dish soap, multi purpose cleaner, broom, mop ) two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and trash bags.

Outdoors: Front porch with amazing views of the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway with seating for two. Downstairs patio with seating for meals. Charcoal grill available for use. Grill should only be used on downstairs patio, no grills are permitted on upstairs porch under any circumstances. Charcoal not provided. Outdoor shower for your convenience. Please rinse sand off before using indoor furniture. The couch does have couch covers to protect the furniture, we recommend leaving them on to prevent damage.

Amenities: The pool is OPEN!! Playground for the kiddos!! Fire pit and observation deck right next to the house!! Please follow all pool rules. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pool at all times.

Loft Rules: We do not recommend children under 8 years old using the loft and all others use at your own risk. This loft has a railing but is completely open to the downstairs and is not closed off. By booking this property you are assuming the risks of using the loft. Please use caution on the stairs!!!

NO SMOKING!! Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
