The kitchen is a chef's dream. It has all the desired top grade appliances including gas range and oven with a pot filler above. The large double door fridge has ice and water dispensers. An additional ice maker is ideal for filling the coolers for a day at the beach or lounging on the beautiful decks. There is a dishwasher, 2 regular coffee makers, and all the small appliances, cookware and serving ware you will need.

The master bedroom is located off of the living room with beach side view. This suite offers a king size bed and tv. It has a fantastic ensuite. This bathroom has a 3 part vanity, 2 sinks with make up station in between, a stand alone soaking tub, walk in closet, and a 3ft by 8 ft walk in shower with shower and rain heads.

The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity offering resort-style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 9 guests are allowed. Pointe also charges an additional fee for use of the Beach Club amenities. This applies only to ages four and up. The fee is $25 per person (ages four and up) per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The amenities include an infinity pool overlooking the Gulf with an in-ground spa, a lazy river pool on the bayside, kiddie pool, hot tubs, fire pits, gym, restaurant, bar with poolside service (seasonal), stocked fishing lake with a pier, outdoor grills, locker room, and a game room with ping-pong and foosball table. There is a basketball court. Golf carts and bicycles can be rented. An all-terrain wheelchair is available.

Indoors: This house is on stilts and only accessible by stairs. Living and kitchen area are open and full of natural light. All new furniture with a relaxing beach vibe. 65” Roku TV for streaming all your favorite shows. Your sign in will be required to use streaming services. Please remember to sign out upon check out. Guest will have access to entire house except the owner closet and pantry. These will be locked, please do not tamper with locks. Washer and dryer available ( please give your items a shake outside before using)

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms on main floor, both with king sized beds and 55” Roku TVs. Loft bedroom with full bed. ( see loft rules ) 55 inch smart tv, great for the kids to hook up any video games.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee pot, hand mixer, cookware, dishes, eating and cooking utensils. Tea, coffee and basic spices are available for your convenience. We do provide basic cleaning supplies, ( dish soap, multi purpose cleaner, broom, mop ) two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and trash bags.

Outdoors: Front porch with amazing views of the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway with seating for two. Downstairs patio with seating for meals. Charcoal grill available for use. Grill should only be used on downstairs patio, no grills are permitted on upstairs porch under any circumstances. Charcoal not provided. Outdoor shower for your convenience. Please rinse sand off before using indoor furniture. The couch does have couch covers to protect the furniture, we recommend leaving them on to prevent damage.

Amenities: The pool is OPEN!! Playground for the kiddos!! Fire pit and observation deck right next to the house!! Please follow all pool rules. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pool at all times.

Loft Rules: We do not recommend children under 8 years old using the loft and all others use at your own risk. This loft has a railing but is completely open to the downstairs and is not closed off. By booking this property you are assuming the risks of using the loft. Please use caution on the stairs!!!

- "Very comfortable and cozy" - "Overall it was a bit dirty for me and there was no view of the gulf. I found four dead roaches and there were cobwebs in the common area. Also the photo posted with the Gulf view is deceptive. This property rightfully says near the beach but that photo tells a different story. The floors looked really dirty because of the grout work between the tiles. I didn't walk around barefoot. Bathroom sink drain was clogged as well. I arrived the first day after dark and the unit was not clearly marked so I had a bit of trouble finding it but the property manager was prompt in responding."

- "Working with the manager was just fine when coming to the property for the first time. There are multiple units created from a house for this specific property. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little early, which was very convenient and helpful. The disappointing part of the trip were really just a couple things. One of the biggest things is parking. According to the listing currently at the time of this review, it says 2 covered parking spots and 4 spots in the driveway. This is misleading. The 2 covered spots are I believe the garage, which isn't available. And even still, is at the end of the narrow driveway. Unless all of the units are rented within your party, or some people just don't have a vehicle, it's near impossible to have a parking spot without blocking people in. This isn't mentioned within the listing and no real solution is there by the management or owner. The other disappointing part, was just overall cleanliness. At the price point we paid, it wasn't unbearable, but there were some questionable stains on the couch, dirty towels in the bathroom and old soap bars left from the previous stay. If we were to book again at a higher price, I don't think it would have been acceptable. Overall, the property was nice and stayed cool enough in the 100 degree heat we were facing. It's located easily enough to find and move around the area. If you're looking for a no-frills and lower cost place to stay in the area, this can be a great option."
