Our Windswept Villa is located just a short walk down the path from Kiawah's world-renowned, 10 mile-long beach! The setting is tranquil, and very "Kiawah". We love the beauty of the coastal shingle-styled buildings nestled in the natural setting that draws most of us to Kiawah Island in the first place, and has captured our hearts forever. We enjoy stepping out each morning with a cup of coffee for a walk along the beach. Later in the day we can take our beach chairs and a book and relax next to the ocean. At some point each day we hop on bikes to explore the island along the miles of bike paths that wind through the forest and past amazing seaside cottages, and architecturally stunning mansions. We love that we are not rushed. We know to take our time and enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the island for our short time here. There are no crowds EVER. We had plenty of space--the sunroom was perfect for playing with the baby, and then we retreated to the living room when she went to bed. We loved having the pond in the back (we even saw a few alligators!) and the beach was a short, peaceful walk away. I was delighted to find the second bedroom had a queen size bed (instead of the usual twin beds). The towels and sheets were soft, (unlike many commercially laundered linens). I also appreciated there was an adequate supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent (instead of a starter pack) eliminating the need to purchase additional supplies at the grocery store. The beach towels and chairs provided were also a bonus and eliminated the need to rent anything but a beach umbrella. Last but not least, the property manager, Patricia, was very responsive both before and throughout the rental period. We will certainly be returning."

It has been significantly refreshed over the past few years with new mattresses and bedding; new appliances; new flooring in the bedrooms; some new furniture and fresh paint. It is ideally located just a short, pleasant walk from the beach, the Sanctuary Hotel, and several dining options. Adjacent to the tennis center, the villa is also close enough to walk to the Turtle Point Golf Course and driving range. Night Heron Park, “The Nest” market, and playgrounds are close by. There are two bedrooms; one has a king bed and ensuite bath, the other has two double beds and ensuite bath. There are TVs in the living room and each bedroom. The kitchen, with ample storage and granite countertops, is well equipped. From the large screened porch you might catch glimpses of wildlife on the natural, wooded grounds. WiFi is included. 2271 Shipwatch is a Newley renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront villa located on the second floor of the Shipwatch building of Kiawah Island's West Beach section. This lovely luxury villa is a 2024 beautifully updated villa with ocean views from each bedroom and living area. Only steps away from the private beach access located on the first floor of the building. The open kitchen and living room offers an easy gathering design for all your guests.

The kitchen offers six bar stools with a large island. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances offering all the comforts of home for dining and cooking. Drip coffee & Keurig makers, filters, and starter coffee is available. One roll of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and a new sponge are available upon arrival.

The living room is very comfortable with a large T.V and ocean view. Deck access is available from the living area.

The main Suite is off of the Kitchen and offers a king size bed, large T.V, and ocean view with deck access from the bedroom. The main suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and linens are provided as well as starter soaps and toilet paper.

Our centrally located, first floor luxury villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a screened-in porch overlooking a scenic lagoon. We are within easy walking distance to Kiawah's beautiful beach, The Sanctuary Hotel, and East Beach Village. . We offer all Resort Amenities, including swimming pool privileges for the Night Heron Park pool, with its adjacent new water pool for adults and children. A must have privilege when vacationing with children. Other amenities include a work-out room and Island transportation with a phone call. - "We absolutely loved our stay in Turtle Pointe! The lagoon view from the screened porch was constant entertainment! We saw a mama twin baby deer feed in the morning and evening. There were abundant turtles, waterfowl, and small alligators to watch in and out of the water. The bike ride to the beach was quick and simple. I would recommend for older guests driving to the Sanctuary and using their beach access. We did this for my disabled husband. The resturants were excellent. Our favorite was the Pub at Cougar Pointe and BBQ at Osprey Point. The views at the Ryder Cup are also fantastic. Don't miss a stop there! Overall the villa was well-appointed. Any minor issues were fixed quickly with all call to resort staff. The host, Margaret, was fantastic to work with and quick to reply to requests. We would definitely stay again!"

- "Our week long stay at Palm Bungalow could not have been better. The updated villa was fresh, very clean, had a nice island feel and provided plenty of space for the two of us! We also had a friend over a few times and space was not an issue with a pull out sofa. The walk in closet and king size bed is a plus. The screened in porch was the icing on the cake for morning coffee and a relaxing time after a day on the beach. Looking for deer and hearing the fountain was something we looked forward to each day! Oh, and the beach is just a short walk!!! The washer and dryer worked very well and the A/C kept us cool. Having a full kitchen allowed us to eat in when we wanted. There were also some games available we could play which was nice. We will be back as time allows!!! Great place and location Just bring yourself, everything you need to get your trip started"

1405 Shipwatch Rd is located in the West Beach Villas neighborhood and is a renovated one bedroom, one bath, efficiency style villa is located in West Beach Village. Its right across from the newly constructed conference center and Cougar Point Golf Course's brand new clubhouse and restaurant. There is a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals and eating at the bar top. The screened in porch is the perfect place to start your day with a relaxing cup of coffee. The spacious bedroom suite features a king bed and a fully renovated bath with walk in shower. The living room features a flat screen tv and a pull out sofa.

Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand.

This stunning three bedroom luxury property offers some of the best lagoon views of any villa on Kiawah Island. From the moment you want in the front door, you are graced by the well thought out renovations and tasteful decor. The gourmet kitchen was completely remodeled and redesigned to make best use of the space. Additionally the kitchen was appointed with custom high quality cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances and tile backsplash. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living and dining room. Anyone who knows Kiawah appreciates that the three bedroom Turtle Point villas have arguably the best floor plan of any villa and this is evident with the large family room and all the natural light which comes from the windows and sliding glass doors. In this area, the lagoon views are ever present, but the privacy is unmatched. Flanking the family room is a peaceful sunroom. Close the pocket doors for privacy and quiet or open them to invite this space into the entire villa. Upstairs is the master retreat, which has peaceful views as well as ample closet space. This villa is located in West Beach village and a quick walk(5-7 minutes) or bike ride (2-3 minutes) to the 10 miles of beach. Enjoy privacy while sitting on the upstairs deck viewing the wildlife. You never know what you might see swimming in the lagoon or flying by you in the air. The Fairway Oaks Villas are located adjacent to the Cougar Point Golf Course (one of the five destination courses) which hosts the fabulous restaurant, The Ryder Cup Bar. Our villa is set up like a townhome so there will only be you above and below. The first floor consists of three bedrooms. A king bedroom that is connected by a bathroom to a twin bedroom. There is another twin bedroom that has access to a full bath. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The upstairs has another bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open to each other. There is brand new furniture and a 75" Smart Samsung television and the kitchen is state of the art with all the supplies you would need to create a top notch meal. The dining table can easily seat eight and there is an extension leaf available if you would need more space. This villa is equipped with high speed internet and all smart televisions.
