" - "Upon arrival, we discovered mold in the coffee pot. We also found used, loose contact lenses on one of the bedroom nightstands. We contacted the host immediately and told them we didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying. Left within about half-hour and requested refund. Have yet to see the refund (over a week since the request). The owner has tried playing games - alleging 2k damage to their A/C, etc. Just a laughable and ridiculous situation, given we were in the house for roughly 30min. Glad we purchased the insurance, so they can now sort this A/C situation out with VRBO. Anyway - “renter beware”. "
