- "Positives: The 3 apartments are newly decorated so they are clean, fresh and stylish. Great position, quiet spot but quickly into town. Negatives: As a whole house, the appearance is only let down by the office like industrial stairs and the layout of the ground floor flat, requiring access to the courtyard rear via a bedroom.A huge disappointment was the 2 hosts turning up at the property during our stay to sort bins, something in the porch and requesting access to wash their hands. Never have I experienced this during a property rental and not really on considering the ‘shouty’ house rules on early/late departure times. The hosts should not be turning up and entering an hour into our stay to do non-essential work and then asking to come in!"

Meadow Manor provides the ideal self catering seaside retreat. The house sleeps fourteen and features stunning sea views, making it ideal for family holidays, relaxing weekends, reunions, hen weekends and special birthdays set in a quiet and tranquil Norfolk village. Additionally, guests have the option of adding a fifteenth temporary bed in one of the twin rooms, to accommodate a child.

Mundesley is a small, largely undiscovered, pretty Victorian seaside village located on the North Norfolk coast. It has an award winning beach, excellent village facilities and beautiful surrounding countryside for summer and winter walks. The house is just a 1 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the pretty village centre. The village has everything needed: a good butcher, wet fish stand, general store, vegetable shop, chemist, excellent chip shop, art gallery and numerous pubs all within walking distance.

A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are allowed upon request, for an additional charge of £75 per dog for weekend stays and £150 per dog for a week's stay. Please note that you must specify the breed at the time of booking, and approval is subject to the property owner's discretion. Additionally, pets will only be permitted during July and August if availability permits time for additional cleaning. Please enquire for more details.
