The Tiddler is situated in a small development of holiday homes in the Lighthouse Field behind Hermanus Holidays in Winterton-on-Sea. Inside you'll find an open plan living area, electric fire and Smart TV. There's a dining area which seats four, and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The chalet is decorated tastefully throughout.

There are two comfortable bedrooms. The first has a standard double bed and the second bedroom has two 3' single beds making it a perfect family getaway. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Two dogs are welcome at The Tiddler but please note that the grounds are not enclosed. Dogs are very welcome throughout the property. If they join you on the furniture we do ask that you use the throws provided. The Tiddler has wifi.

Guests at The Tiddler have access to the facilities at Hermanus*, including the outdoor heated swimming pool which is open from late May to early September. It is right next to the childrens' play area and surrounded by a brick wall to keep out the coastal breeze. There is a launderette and plenty of parking on site. The Coach & Horses bar & lounge is at the front of the main Hermanus building with amazing sea views, and is open for drinks and food throughout the week.

Hemsby offers the lost world adventure golf, hursts family fun park, the mega maze, go karting, lifeboat charity shop, a golden Sandy beach to relax and play sandcastles or walk along the coast for miles of scenery, amusements to occupy you for hours, 2 great pubs offering great food and drink and the usual sea side chips, hot dogs, donuts and candy floss.
If you want to travel a bit further afield by car or bus ( bus stop is just outside the main gate ), then Great Yarmouth ( 15 min drive ) offers a pleasure beach full of rides including 4 rollercoasters, the hippodrome circus for all the family, 2 piers with bowling, amusements and well known acts, the Kerridale model village, sea life centre, horse drawn carriage rides along the front, horse racing track and a greyhound racing track and many more things than I can list here.
A bit further takes you to the famous norfolk broads, with day hire boats, broads tour boats, paddle boarding and canoeing , travel on the 9 mile miniature steam train on the bure valley railway from Wroxham, take the children to bewilderwood and trilgby hall wildlife gardens or Africa alive at Lowestoft. Baby seals can be seen on the beaches at blakeney point between June and august, with adult seals all year round. Further on takes you to Cromer (45min drive )which is perfect for catching crabs from the pier and then sheringham ( 50 min drive )with its very tradition town and the chance to travel on a full size steam engine on the north norfolk railway.

This purpose-built chalet park, is situated in the small town of Stalham on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. It’s a great base from which to explore the Broads waterways, nearby beaches and coastal towns, the city of Norwich, and lots of family attractions including zoos and theme parks.

The space
The chalet consists of an open plan living and kitchen area, one bathroom and two bedrooms which sleep 4 people in one double and two single beds. It is situated on a large green where children can safely play. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool and toddler pool which are open during the summer months, and a play area in the enclosed clubhouse grounds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fan assisted oven, induction hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker, along with an array of pots, pans and cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a large shower cubicle with an electric shower, also provided is a shower chair for those that are a little unsteady.
Unlike many other chalets, our beds are made up with fresh bedding, also provided is a bathmat, hand towel and tea towels, however you will need to fetch your own towels.
Well behaved dogs are always welcome and food/water bowls are provided along with tough plastic coated wire leads that can be attached to a hook on the outside of the chalet to ensure your dog cannot wander off.

As well as a Tesco supermarket, Stalham village has 2 cafes, a fish and chip shop, Chinese take away, a Pizza / Kebab take away, an Indian restaurant and 2 pubs, one of which serves food.

The Tiddler is a wonderful two bedroom chalet in the Lighthouse Field behind Hermanus Holidays in Winterton-on-Sea. The property is in a quiet position with a wide open space in front, the iconic Winterton Lighthouse behind and views across open countryside. From the property there is easy access to the beach and dunes just a few minutes walk away. Sleeps four in two bedrooms with two dogs welcome at no additional charge but please note the grounds are not enclosed.

The space
The Tiddler is situated in a small development of holiday homes in the Lighthouse Field behind Hermanus Holidays in Winterton-on-Sea. Inside you'll find an open plan living area, electric fire and Smart TV. There's a dining area which seats four, and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The chalet is decorated tastefully throughout.

There are two comfortable bedrooms. The first has a standard double bed and the second bedroom has two 3' single beds making it a perfect family getaway. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Two dogs are welcome at The Tiddler but please note that the grounds are not enclosed.

Guests at The Tiddler have access to the facilities at Hermanus*, including the outdoor heated swimming pool which is open from late May to early September. It is right next to the childrens' play area and surrounded by a brick wall to keep out the coastal breeze. There is a launderette and plenty of parking on site. The Coach & Horses bar & lounge is at the front of the main Hermanus building with amazing sea views, and is open for drinks and food throughout the week.

Hemsby is a popular seaside village in Norfolk with so much to do for families and friends of all ages. The stunning beach is something you can’t miss, and you will surely enjoy the bars and restaurants, gift shops and fun fairs.

Please relax with family/friends at this peaceful bungalow to stay. It comes with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, an oven and a stovetop.

It is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Parking is free on-site.

The space
A beautiful 4 Berth Chalet is a short walk from many attractions including but not limited to: Entertainment, bar, restaurants, arcades, shops, amusement and the beach. It is 7.8 miles from Potter Heigham, where you can hire boats to explore the Norfolk Broads. Great Yarmouth is 7.3 miles to the Britannia Pier. Horsey Gap is 6.7 miles away where you can see hundreds of wild seals on the beach. Caister is 4.7 miles and has an interactive lifeboat museum including getting on board their decommissioned lifeboat.

On-site you have shop, amusements and the Club House with bar and restaurant to enjoy. The wonderful wide sandy beach is backed by dunes and has seaside amusements, ice cream, restaurants.

-The electricity is by pay-as-you-go coin meter and only £2 coins are accepted. The usage varies by season and by the number of people and devices, usually between £0.25-£1 per day per person. Please top up enough to last for your stay. If you use more, then you exchange coins for the meter from the shop, clubhouse, or arcade on site.
