1+0 kitchen and bathroom apartment 5 min away from Alaçatı center. Shared garden and the pool is available. Although the apartment has -1 elevation entrance, the front is spacious and open. The entrances are descended from the stairs in the photos. Our building is zero, you will be our first guests. We will be very happy to welcome you.

In the center of Alaçatı, within walking distance to the bazaar, there are all markets around (macrocenter,Migros,sharp bakery), there is no shortage of parking, close to the beaches (the warm beach is 5 minutes away by car), it is spacious and peaceful. It has all the features you want for a beautiful holiday.

The space
reached by a few stairs on the top floor of our house, which has a unique garden and pool, our apartment has 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, vc, balcony. The kitchen has all the items, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, built-in. Cleaning before check-in and bath towels are provided. Optional sofa bed in the living room is used as a bed.
