The floors and furnishings weren't cleaned properly. They were dusty and grimy. The kitchen was also dirty and no utensils to use or anything to wash with. What was in the cupboards was dirty and unusable. Paid for 5 people to stay and only 2 towels supplied. I asked for more and only got 2 more. Never 5. Second double bed in lounge. Single bed in room with no window and noisy aircon/heating that dripped water onto the bed. The main bedroom bed left almost zero room to get to the one side of the bed - you have to shuffle sideways to move there AND the bed is a water bed!!!! Terrible for someone like me with a back problem!! So, location is fine but that's it."
