Local activities are downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating (when it’s cold enough, the Village has a skating pond by the Barrel Back restaurant), boating (rentals are available in the Village), golf, mountain biking, hiking, and biking trails are within a ten-minute drive. ​​​If you like upscale restaurants The Barrel Back restaurant is a memorable experience as it sits above a marina in the Village of Walloon & it’s a fun place to watch the boats.

Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. The space
Our rental is found in an attractive ranch-style apartment building. There is an on-site laundry room located in the central hallway of the apartments.
In bedroom the offer a queen-size bed, desk, and closet with an oscillating fan. The unit includes a full kitchen with a dining room table for four. The living room has Roku T.V WiFi, and a ceiling fan. We have a large parking area if you are bringing a boat or a trailer.

This second story apartment provides the northern Michigan experience. The views from the deck and windows overlook fields and woods and it is so quiet that deer and wild turkeys pass through the property. Just outside the backyard you can hike or cross country or snowshoe the fields and hills. There is plenty of room for a trailered boat to park. The owners' home is on the property.
The open living room and kitchen area have a spacious feel. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with eating at the bar or a small dining table is in a window nook. The pellet stove provides atmosphere and added warmth; otherwise there is hot water heat. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king size bed with walk in closets in both. Sleeps a total of 4 The full bathroom has double sinks, bath/shower and plenty of storage. Linens and towels are provided and washer and dryer are available. On the deck is a gas grill. WiFi is available free. AC unit is in the living area and one bedroom. It sleeps 4 comfortably.

Location: The property is just 6 miles from Boyne City, less than 1 mile from Lake Charlevoix beach access and a small boat launch. Less than a mile away is the newly completed bike path into Boyne City. Hike or bike Avalanche Hill for great views of the lake. Go the farmers' market in summer or fall or the many festivals that the city offers throughout the year.
Drive about 10 miles to Charlevoix or Petoskey. There you can shop, dine, golf, kayak, bike, fish, canoe, attends concerts, or hike the many trails of the nature preserves. The bike trail to Boyne Cityis right across from the driveway
About 12 miles away is Boyne Mountain and 30 miles is Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. Snowmobile trails are also in the winter.

Welcome to our 5 Bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo in Disciples Village #652 - perfect for a slopeside vacation! Only 100 feet from the brand new Disciples 8 lift it is easy to get your skiing started, and with lift operations right outside the window you can keep track of what is going on when resting. Remodeled in 2020.
The entire home has new mattresses, new bedding, and new flooring in each of the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This property easily accommodates up to 18 guests. Both kitchens are outfitted with new appliances, granite countertops, new flooring and refinished cabinets. The upper and lower level living areas have new large screen TVs and new furniture to allow you to gather together after an exciting day.
The main floor has a master and queen bedrooms. The master has a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a new custom tiled walk-in shower. The queen bedroom has two queen beds with a remodeled full bathroom right around the corner.

Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Guest have access to the apartment, the deck, and parking spaces. There is a small outdoor space with a picnic table and charcoal grill. Charcoal and lighter fluid is located in small tote underneath the deck.

This apartment is conveniently located by Avalanche Mountain with sledding, mountain biking, hiking, and cross-country ski trails. Just down the street is Peninsula Beach on Lake Charlevoix with swimming, splash pad, playground and volleyball nets. Charming downtown Boyne City is just a short walk with wonderful restaurants, shops and the farmer's market. Boyne Mountain is a five-minute drive, with skiing, golfing, and the Avalanche Bay waterpark. The new Skybridge is the world's longest timber tower suspension bridge, and the view is incredible!

Our one bedroom Carriage House apartment sleeps 2 comfortably with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper, which has a tempurpedic mattress. All new bed linens and bath towels are provided. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room. Central air conditioning and internet. It has a well-stocked full-sized kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. Very clean one bathroom with one sink vanity and a shower. Off street parking with driveway for a boat and trailer. This Carriage House apartment is located above the owners two car garage, but it is very private with a separate entrance. There are stairs to the upper level. This apartment is smoke free, and no pets allowed.

Grear for a summer and winter getaway!!

Walkable is an understatement! You are on the main street of downtown. Walk everywhere and we have 2 off street parking spaces available for you to use. Should you need more street parking is free.

Great coffee a block away! Public park across the street. Shopping, dining, grocery, beach, bike path all very accessible.

No worries about noise here- You're above a salon that closes at 9pm and bars and restraunts all close before midnight.

A new bike path was just put in this May from Boyne City to Boyne Falls about a 6 mile trip one way. Many hiking trails a short distance away.
Boyne Mountain (golf and ski) is only 6 miles away.
Petoskey and Gaylord and Charlevoix all about 25 minutes away.

Condo is located on the 2nd floor. Guest parking along salon building ( 2 spots available) overflow lot 1 block away.
You are on the main street with all the action- very little need for a car if you're planning to stay in Boyne during your trip.

You have a private entrance to your condo from your off-street parking spots right in front of the door (2 available). If you need more parking just ask there are public lots behind the condo.

You'll never believe this was once a one stall garage. It's been tastefully transformed into a fully stocked studio apartment perfect for the weekend getaway. With a king size bed, smart TV, tiled shower and dishwasher you really have everything you need! While the kitchen is fully equipted for making a meal, we also provide a grill for outdoor dining. But don't skip on heading into town for an evening stroll and to pick up lunch or dinner. Boyne has some great dining options.

- "We got this rental very last minute due to our family’s rental falsely stating how many rooms they had. I’m too old to sleep on a futon in the main space! The space was immaculately clean and perfectly appointed for 2 people. It had hotel finishes like plush towels, cozy earth sheets and even lavender sleep spray! Very conveniently located behind the family fare grocery store. Though we didn’t use it, the grill is nice. We would have definitely used it if we didn’t have a big house to go to for all the family dinners. Highly recommend!"

This property is the perfect combination of stunning lake views, location central to all the Boyne City and surrounding areas fun and, the restful spot you've been after. The main floor has three bedrooms; two each with one queen bed and a third with two single beds. The loft has a queen and a single bed. Sleeper sofa in den. Two full bathrooms, open concept living/dining area, washer/dryer. The cottage has it's own separate and private entrance at the rear of the property. Parking for two vehicles.

The rental is it's own private space and completely separated from the main home by a hallway and locked fire door. In-unit/checkout information: some info did not match the property. For example: “press # to lock to the door”. No # on the lock. “Place dishes in dishwasher and start”. No dishwasher. “Park in the driveway when available” on the in unit information but then was told not to park in the driveway on the app/check in info. Small issues, but do create some confusion. Lastly, checkout is 11AM. We packed our things up and drove to get coffee before leaving. Came back at 10:30AM to check if we left anything and there was someone cleaning the unit (never saw them, but the lights were on and “privacy” door was open w/ the bed stripped). Felt rushed out. Overall good for downtown activities and the mountain, but needs to take some steps to be great!"

It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a twin rollaway in the closet and the sofa could be used for one guest too.

You can park in front of the porch that has a glass door with a screen for entering into the living room which is an open floor plan and leads to the kitchen/dining area. In the bedroom you can find a closet that has a roll away which can be used with the couch for extra sleeping and we have a queen bed.

Kitchenette does not offer a stove or oven.

Driveway is paved but requires AWD or 4X4 when snow is present. Driveway is kept clear for your safety and convenience.If necessary parking at the bottom of the hill and host will shuttle you and baggage.

Second floor apartment with private entrance and enclosed front porch. This apartment was remodeled in July 2020 and features one bedroom, one bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The couch in living room pulls out into a full size memory foam bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are two large closets for storage. This space is the perfect size for a couple.

The space
This space is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a great location. Located a few blocks to the Harborage marina and beaches. A few blocks to scenic Avalanche Mountain(5 min walk) where you can hike on trails, mountain bike or Disc golf. The house is just a half mile to the business area (8 min walk) where you can enjoy great restaurants and brew pubs or checkout "Stroll the Streets" on Friday nights. Boyne mountain is only a 10 min car ride from the house where you can ski, mountain bike, go to Avalanche Bay Water Park, and zip line. The house has Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, DVD player, Netflix, Amazon video, new mattresses (extremely comfortable), and a grill.
Their is an apartment downstairs that has its own entrance. The downstairs apartment rents very well on Airbnb also so it may be booked during your stay.
We own other rentals in Boyne City. They are in the same neighborhood and equally nice. Feel free to reach out if this place is booked. One of our other places may be available.
We have a strict no pet policy but there are some great kennels in the area that you can give your pet a vacation also. “Dogs World North” is right in Boyne City and only about 2 miles away from the house. Also “Happy Tails” in Petoskey

You will get the entire upstairs level of the house. It has a shared mudroom with private locked entrances to each apartment.

Other things to note
Note to taller people.. it is an upstairs apartment with sloped ceilings. I am 6’2” and I navigate fine but just a note. :) We have a Keurig coffee maker. Just bring your own K cups. We also have a pour over style for you to use.

The space
This cozy retreat features two inviting bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for relaxing or entertaining. We have plush new mattresses for all of the beds, all dressed in crisp white linens for that hotel-like feel. Plus, we wash the duvet covers after every stay, so you can sink into bed with complete peace of mind.

The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out and fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking. But with so many fantastic bars and restaurants just a block away, you might be tempted to let someone else do the cooking!

The space
NEW in 2024- we are pleased to supply gourmet coffee roasted on site for your morning fix. WiFi is strong and great for working remotely. With free parking, this apt is stand alone and shares one wall with our home (like all apts, walls are shared). We are green hosts and offer reduced paper products, earth friendly sanitation items, and supply cloth kitchen towels. More than 4 adults, please understand our +$35/person charge for extra guests. The pipes are old and it takes a toll on our plumbing system. Family of five? We are too so we don't charge for the littles.

No pets - we love them but we're pretty strict on this rule. We have guests with severe allergies/medical conditions who purposely book this pet-free space.

Other things to note
Do not smoke or vape in the house - it’s really hard to get the smell out and it drifts into our home. We’ve cleaned and sanitized the apt prior to your arrival. To protect our cleaning crew and you, check in/out times are staggered and alterations in your timing may be unavailable. Please be considerate and notify us if you are experiencing flu/Covid symptoms. We’re happy to help you rebook free of charge.

This is a detached garage with an apartment above it. The apartment is upstairs(14 steps). The guest will have full access to the apartment, and deck.

Off the kitchen is a beautiful covered patio to enjoy looking out towards the lake, having morning coffee or eating a meal.
