Local activities are downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating (when it’s cold enough, the Village has a skating pond by the Barrel Back restaurant), boating (rentals are available in the Village), golf, mountain biking, hiking, and biking trails are within a ten-minute drive. ​​​If you like upscale restaurants The Barrel Back restaurant is a memorable experience as it sits above a marina in the Village of Walloon & it’s a fun place to watch the boats.

Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. The space
Our rental is found in an attractive ranch-style apartment building. There is an on-site laundry room located in the central hallway of the apartments.
In bedroom the offer a queen-size bed, desk, and closet with an oscillating fan. The unit includes a full kitchen with a dining room table for four. The living room has Roku T.V WiFi, and a ceiling fan. We have a large parking area if you are bringing a boat or a trailer.

This second story apartment provides the northern Michigan experience. The views from the deck and windows overlook fields and woods and it is so quiet that deer and wild turkeys pass through the property. Just outside the backyard you can hike or cross country or snowshoe the fields and hills. There is plenty of room for a trailered boat to park. The owners' home is on the property.
The open living room and kitchen area have a spacious feel. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with eating at the bar or a small dining table is in a window nook. The pellet stove provides atmosphere and added warmth; otherwise there is hot water heat. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king size bed with walk in closets in both. Sleeps a total of 4 The full bathroom has double sinks, bath/shower and plenty of storage. Linens and towels are provided and washer and dryer are available. On the deck is a gas grill. WiFi is available free. AC unit is in the living area and one bedroom. It sleeps 4 comfortably.

Location: The property is just 6 miles from Boyne City, less than 1 mile from Lake Charlevoix beach access and a small boat launch. Less than a mile away is the newly completed bike path into Boyne City. Hike or bike Avalanche Hill for great views of the lake. Go the farmers' market in summer or fall or the many festivals that the city offers throughout the year.
Drive about 10 miles to Charlevoix or Petoskey. There you can shop, dine, golf, kayak, bike, fish, canoe, attends concerts, or hike the many trails of the nature preserves. The bike trail to Boyne Cityis right across from the driveway
About 12 miles away is Boyne Mountain and 30 miles is Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. Snowmobile trails are also in the winter.

Welcome to our 5 Bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo in Disciples Village #652 - perfect for a slopeside vacation! Only 100 feet from the brand new Disciples 8 lift it is easy to get your skiing started, and with lift operations right outside the window you can keep track of what is going on when resting. Remodeled in 2020.
The entire home has new mattresses, new bedding, and new flooring in each of the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This property easily accommodates up to 18 guests. Both kitchens are outfitted with new appliances, granite countertops, new flooring and refinished cabinets. The upper and lower level living areas have new large screen TVs and new furniture to allow you to gather together after an exciting day.
The main floor has a master and queen bedrooms. The master has a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a new custom tiled walk-in shower. The queen bedroom has two queen beds with a remodeled full bathroom right around the corner.

Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Guest have access to the apartment, the deck, and parking spaces. There is a small outdoor space with a picnic table and charcoal grill. Charcoal and lighter fluid is located in small tote underneath the deck.

Boyne Mountain is a five-minute drive, with skiing, golfing, and the Avalanche Bay waterpark. The new Skybridge is the world's longest timber tower suspension bridge, and the view is incredible!

Our one bedroom Carriage House apartment sleeps 2 comfortably with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper, which has a tempurpedic mattress. All new bed linens and bath towels are provided. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room. Central air conditioning and internet. It has a well-stocked full-sized kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. Very clean one bathroom with one sink vanity and a shower. Off street parking with driveway for a boat and trailer. This Carriage House apartment is located above the owners two car garage, but it is very private with a separate entrance. There are stairs to the upper level. This apartment is smoke free, and no pets allowed.

Grear for a summer and winter getaway!!

Great coffee a block away! Public park across the street. Shopping, dining, grocery, beach, bike path all very accessible.

No worries about noise here- You're above a salon that closes at 9pm and bars and restraunts all close before midnight.

A new bike path was just put in this May from Boyne City to Boyne Falls about a 6 mile trip one way. Many hiking trails a short distance away.
Boyne Mountain (golf and ski) is only 6 miles away.
Petoskey and Gaylord and Charlevoix all about 25 minutes away.

Condo is located on the 2nd floor. Guest parking along salon building ( 2 spots available) overflow lot 1 block away.
You are on the main street with all the action- very little need for a car if you're planning to stay in Boyne during your trip.

With a king size bed, smart TV, tiled shower and dishwasher you really have everything you need! While the kitchen is fully equipted for making a meal, we also provide a grill for outdoor dining. - "We got this rental very last minute due to our family’s rental falsely stating how many rooms they had. I’m too old to sleep on a futon in the main space! The space was immaculately clean and perfectly appointed for 2 people. It had hotel finishes like plush towels, cozy earth sheets and even lavender sleep spray! Very conveniently located behind the family fare grocery store. Though we didn’t use it, the grill is nice. We would have definitely used it if we didn’t have a big house to go to for all the family dinners. Highly recommend!"

This property is the perfect combination of stunning lake views, location central to all the Boyne City and surrounding areas fun and, the restful spot you've been after. The main floor has three bedrooms; two each with one queen bed and a third with two single beds. The loft has a queen and a single bed. Sleeper sofa in den. Two full bathrooms, open concept living/dining area, washer/dryer. The cottage has it's own separate and private entrance at the rear of the property. Parking for two vehicles.

The rental is it's own private space and completely separated from the main home by a hallway and locked fire door.
