This second story apartment provides the northern Michigan experience. The views from the deck and windows overlook fields and woods and it is so quiet that deer and wild turkeys pass through the property. Just outside the backyard you can hike or cross country or snowshoe the fields and hills. There is plenty of room for a trailered boat to park. The owners' home is on the property.
The open living room and kitchen area have a spacious feel. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with eating at the bar or a small dining table is in a window nook. The pellet stove provides atmosphere and added warmth; otherwise there is hot water heat. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king size bed with walk in closets in both. Sleeps a total of 4 The full bathroom has double sinks, bath/shower and plenty of storage. Linens and towels are provided and washer and dryer are available. On the deck is a gas grill. WiFi is available free. AC unit is in the living area and one bedroom. It sleeps 4 comfortably.

Location: The property is just 6 miles from Boyne City, less than 1 mile from Lake Charlevoix beach access and a small boat launch. Less than a mile away is the newly completed bike path into Boyne City. Hike or bike Avalanche Hill for great views of the lake. Go the farmers' market in summer or fall or the many festivals that the city offers throughout the year.

Cottage home 3 blocks from the beauty of Lake Charlevoix is the best value in town to sleep 6 people! High speed internet and cable. Professionally cleaned. Close to downtown dining, microbreweries, and shopping. 3 blocks to peninsula beach or marina. Just a short drive to Young state park public beach area. If you rent for ski season, keep your car warm and dry in our attached 2 car garage, with lots of room for skis, boots, and equipment. We are only 15 minutes from Boyne Mountain, and minutes away from several cross country ski trails. All you need are your clothes and food for a week of relaxation and fun, or a season of skiing!

Great spot! Ten minutes to Boyne Mt. and a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and workspace. It's an ideal spot for two, however, there is a futon in the living room to accommodate two little ones. (Another apt. next door is available for booking). This cabin is located on the sought after Randall's Point on Walloon Lake. With 180 degree views of the lake, this location is hard to beat! With gorgeous sunrise and sunset views, you can enjoy the view at anytime of the day. There is a nice, large level lawn that leads out to the tip of the point; the sandbar is sandy, shallow and wraps around the property for easy access into the water.

The cabin has a propane grill on the side of the house along with a picnic table and some outdoor seating around a fire pit. There is a master bedroom with two twin beds and a loft upstairs with four twin beds. The living room is a good size with a TV that has access to cable. Dining area seats six and opens into the kitchen and front door area. House does not have a washer or dryer. Wi-Fi is not the best and cell reception is rather poor. This is perfect for a relaxing vacation spot for anyone seeking peace and quiet. *Rental is Friday to Friday

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, full closet and extra linens/ blankets. The living room has two full couches, one converting to a full size sofa sleeper, ( there is a memory foam topper on the sofa sleeper as well as an additional 2in. topper for added comfort behind the sofa)). . Feel at home and enjoy the 55’ smart Roku television that has Hulu, espn and Disney + included. Our fully functioning kitchen can serve all of your cooking needs. The one full bathroom has a washer/ dryer, full shower, linens and a multitude of toiletries should you need anything during your stay. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a twin rollaway in the closet and the sofa could be used for one guest too.

You can park in front of the porch that has a glass door with a screen for entering into the living room which is an open floor plan and leads to the kitchen/dining area. Second floor apartment with private entrance and enclosed front porch. This apartment was remodeled in July 2020 and features one bedroom, one bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The couch in living room pulls out into a full size memory foam bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are two large closets for storage. This space is the perfect size for a couple.

The space
This space is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a great location. Located a few blocks to the Harborage marina and beaches. A few blocks to scenic Avalanche Mountain(5 min walk) where you can hike on trails, mountain bike or Disc golf. The house is just a half mile to the business area (8 min walk) where you can enjoy great restaurants and brew pubs or checkout "Stroll the Streets" on Friday nights. Boyne mountain is only a 10 min car ride from the house where you can ski, mountain bike, go to Avalanche Bay Water Park, and zip line. The house has Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, DVD player, Netflix, Amazon video, new mattresses (extremely comfortable), and a grill.
Their is an apartment downstairs that has its own entrance. The downstairs apartment rents very well on Airbnb also so it may be booked during your stay.
We own other rentals in Boyne City. They are in the same neighborhood and equally nice. Feel free to reach out if this place is booked. One of our other places may be available.
We have a strict no pet policy but there are some great kennels in the area that you can give your pet a vacation also. “Dogs World North” is right in Boyne City and only about 2 miles away from the house. Also “Happy Tails” in Petoskey

We are green hosts and offer reduced paper products, earth friendly sanitation items, and supply cloth kitchen towels. More than 4 adults, please understand our +$35/person charge for extra guests. The pipes are old and it takes a toll on our plumbing system. Family of five? We are too so we don't charge for the littles.

No pets - we love them but we're pretty strict on this rule. We have guests with severe allergies/medical conditions who purposely book this pet-free space.

Guest access
You have your own entrance and complete control over your own heating/cooling. We are as involved or as hands off as our guests prefer.

Other things to note
Do not smoke or vape in the house - it’s really hard to get the smell out and it drifts into our home. We’ve cleaned and sanitized the apt prior to your arrival. To protect our cleaning crew and you, check in/out times are staggered and alterations in your timing may be unavailable. Please be considerate and notify us if you are experiencing flu/Covid symptoms. We’re happy to help you rebook free of charge.

Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix that has been completely remodeled! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together.

One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal).

One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

The space
This adorable cottage is completely remodeled. It shares one-acre with a house that is also a short-term rental and can be rented together. You’ll have spectacular views of Lake Charlevoix from the large covered deck and the living room! One bedroom with queen bed, two twin foldable floor mattresses, living room, kitchen and full bath. There is not a dining table. Four guest maximum.

This adorable cottage and next door house share the large driveway/parking area and the dock. There will most likely be guest in the house next door if you are visiting in the summer! NOTE: If you are bringing a boat, please note the dock is for pick up and drop off only. Boats CANNOT be tied up to the dock overnight. There is a public launch in town you can use for a small fee to pull your boat in and out.

Boat trailer parking is limited to small trailers with pre-approval.

There is a grill and fire pit. The fire pit is to the side of the cottage away from the house with chairs and a picnic table. They may not be accessible or available in winter.

There is a large covered deck with spectacular views of the lake.

Guest access
Dock/lakefront and parking are shared with rental house next door. Neighbors are closeby, too, please be respectful.

Other things to note
There is no central air conditioning. There is a window unit in bedroom during the summer.
The house next door may also have renters in it and you will share the lakeshore, dock, and parking area.

600 sq foot apartment in downtown Boyne City. Main floor space with private entrance from main (occupied) home. Includes small but complete kitchen, two bedrooms, living area with TV and a large bathroom. Walking distance to local restaurants and Lake. On river for access to kayaking and fishing. Only 5 miles to Boyne Mountain skiing, 1 mile from Avalanche hiking trail. Plenty of parking, great wraparound porch for relaxing with a view of the city.

Perfect for couples or families who are looking for an apartment in the heart of Boyne City. The bathroom is roomy with lots of counter space. There is both an indoor and outdoor table and chairs.

Direct access to the Boyne River and plenty of parking. Full Kitchen. Large porch for sitting outside right on main street Boyne City. Walking distance to all of downtown Boyne City. Please no bike storage inside the apartment. If you cannot lock your bike on the porch outside the door - you can ask for other options.
