- "We rented this unit to walk to Heritage Landing for a multi-day festival. It was a beautiful space, enough room for all 5 of us. Walking distance to great little shops, Heritage Landing, many nice restaurants and much more! Property manager is extremely easy to reach for any need/question. There could've been more on site parking avaliable for people traveling with more than one vehicle, but it's workable. Also, this building still has some new construction going on, that got loud at times, but again, dealable. Overall it was a beautiful unit, good location and we would stay here again!"

The space
We are a small boutique property with only five rental units. There is a smart lock to enter the building as well as one on each of the rental units. There are two rooms on the first floor and three rooms on the second floor. Each floor has a general lobby area and there is a closet with extra amenities if guests should need them during their stay.

Guest access
We have a large parking lot with one dedicated space for each rental. It is very easy to get around in the area and we are located roughly 3 miles from downtown Muskegon. Guests will access their rental with a unique designated key code specific for their stay.

Step outside and you’re just minutes from Lake Michigan’s stunning shoreline, where sandy beaches and unforgettable sunsets await. Outdoor lovers will enjoy nearby Muskegon State Park and Hoffmaster State Park, both offering miles of scenic trails, dunes, and birdwatching spots.

Enjoy the warmth of all the sun coming in the many windows in the living area. Cozy up on the loveseat couch of bright yellow flowers. Set your cup of organic tea on the stylized flower galvanized end table. Stepping past the French door with its cute door handle into the bathroom, where the spacious rain shower will enhance a comforting experience while staying in the Garden House.​

A white picket fence loft railing is just the thing for this house. The loft has a snug queen-sized bed outfitted with luxury linens for you to dream away about fields of flowers. Sip a cup of organic coffee as you relax and read one of our many lovely books on gardening or hummingbirds.

This house was built in 1920 and is part of a two-unit space. This is the lower unit with a large fenced in back yard. This space has many different guitars and instruments, all playable and functional. A musician's playground. Much of the décor is concert posters from our travels! Located with Muskegon Lake views from the backyard and within walking distance to the heart of downtown Muskegon, Ice arena and Heritage landing. Only a 5-minute drive to Lake Michigan and Pere Marquette beach.

This is a quiet urban location with long term neighbors. The neighborhood is located in an improving area of the city. Some of the surround streets have neighborhoods that are of declining repair. The Downtown area is being invested in, and this location is excellent. It is safe and we have never had any issues with, but we lock our doors at night because it is the city. We are pet friendly for a fee.

So there was lots of moving the vehicle since the street in front gets filled . Also the bed was very uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well unfortunately. We thought maybe the 2nd night we would but still a rough sleep. This is a place with many perks as well...comes with a full kitchen or nice appliances and enough dishes to feed 4. Clean and has a very nice patio area with a fireplace table that we unfortunately didn't get to use either so plz enjoy it as it's very peaceful to do. The owners were very kind and communication was great. If i could suggest possibly lowering the pet fee to 25 per day. It would be more reasonable and if you could put the price in your info up front before the rental agreement is signed. If you love the cozy and charming look of a farmhouse, you will adore this tiny house. It has a white and black exterior that matches the interior design. This tiny house is a gem if you like board and batten exterior siding with black trim and an interior with a farmhouse feel. This house has custom features galore. Everything from the custom-made galvanized metal barn door leading to the bathroom to the old farm tools used for handles. So many of these custom-made features were rescued from an old local farm and repurposed for this house.

Overhead in the main living area is a custom chandelier made with old glass implements and bottles from the hundred-year-old barn. Many of the farm tools were repurposed into railings and lights. The buffalo plaid black and white curtains add a little whimsy which draws you back to a simpler time in life. Step into the bathroom area with a pump handle-like faucet on the sink. There’s a small collection of washboards, fitting décor for the bath area. The pops of red plus the chickens and roosters around the house make this a fun choice for your stay at Tiny Digs Lakeshore.

The kitchen table, which is an old Singer sewing machine base that has been upcycled by our team, is a cozy space to eat or do a little work on your computer. Enjoy the warmth of all the sun coming in the many windows in the living area. Cozy up on the loveseat couch of bright yellow flowers. Set your cup of organic tea on the stylized flower galvanized end table. Stepping past the French door with its cute door handle into the bathroom, where the spacious rain shower will enhance a comforting experience while staying in the Garden House.​

Once inside there is a feast for the eyes to see. The galvanized tin ceiling leads your eyes upward. The thatched Tiki Bar grounds you. The warm bamboo and grass-cloth walls tuck you in with their warmth. There are many Tiki and Polynesian touches, including Tiki masks, palm leaf accents, and bamboo features. The kitchenette Tiki bar shows off a beautiful glass vessel sink featuring koi fish etched into the bowl. ​

The Tiki Hut includes another Tiny Digs specialty, a fine custom-made bathroom door with a large palm frond and bamboo accents made by our team. This sliding door is a work of art. Retire to the loft behind the bamboo partition wall. The loft features some fun surprises like our custom-made floating palm leaf nightstands and sweet bamboo house reading sconces on both sides of the bed. Peruse the couple of books on hand to read up on and learn about the history of all things Tiki.

As you enter through the antique front door, you will be greeted by a stunning round antique leaded glass window that reflects the sunlight in a rainbow of colors in the gable end of the home. Don’t miss the cedar shake fish scale detailing on the exterior which adds a touch of elegance and craftsmanship to this historic style home. Note all the details of this home that will transport you back to earlier times.

Inside, you will find a comfortable living area with a vaulted ceiling that recalls the European Dutch Heritage style of the late 1800s. The flooring resembles thin plank oak, a common material used in those bygone days. Let your eyes rest upon the upcycled brass and crystal chandelier, which was rescued from a local heritage home, as it casts a warm glow over the room, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxing or socializing. You can enjoy some organic tea in the antique cups or sip your wine from the cut glass crystal stemware that is housed in the old Hoosier cabinet that serves as a kitchenette. The Hoosier cabinet is stocked with supplies in the old flour drawers, and you find antique china behind the glass upper doors. ​

You can also admire the faux tin tiles that adorn the ceilings of the kitchenette and bathroom areas. The bathroom is accessible through a sliding French door with a vintage brass doorknob. The flooring resembles the white and gray marble used in many of our local historic buildings and grand homes. The bathroom features a flush toilet and a hot shower, and the bed has luxury linens for your comfort and convenience.​
