Spare cloths and tea towels in the drawer.
Laundry contains a washing machine, ironing board, broom, brush & shovel & vacuum cleaner. Washing powder, iron and spare pegs in the laundry cupboard.
Tv and DVD player in the lounge room.
Dining room table to seat 4 people.
Comfy queen size bed with new linen.
Reverse cycle air-conditioner in the lounge room and bedroom. (Please turn off when not using the premises).
Clothesline on the side of the unit with pegs & basket on the line.
Single covered carport out the front should you have your own vehicle and fully fenced and gated yard.
COVID-19 - Hand Sanitiser and Alcohol Surface spray provided at property.
Guest access
A key box is located near the front door to allow for access at any time.
