Sleep in luxury with multiple award-winning Sleeping Duck and SD Indestruct beds and hotel quality linen to ensure luxury sleeping comfort.

Cook if you must in the functional kitchen with new ovens and cooktops, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machines and all the cooking utensils, pots and pans you need for a night in etc.

We are remote, we don't have local services to clean furniture so you will be charged the full fee if guests are found to have slept on the couch (avoiding sharing the Queen bed/s as supplied)

We cannot have pets sorry as we have a super friendly mini dachshund Luigi who lives onsite and loves guests and visitors.

SMOKING or VAPING is not permitted anywhere on the property, not indoors or outdoors on the balconies.

We have VERY LIMITED parking for BOATS and you must confirm with us prior to booking if we can accommodate your boat parking within the boundaries of our property. The Shire of Shark Bay are very strict with regards to boat parking and we cannot always fit boats in so must let us know if you intend to bring a boat and the size of the boat please.

Guest access
Colin and I reside on the top floor in the main house, living very quietly and managing the property through out.

We share our home with our mini Dachshund Luigi, who is super friendly and welcomes all manner of pats and attention, should you happen to bump into him during your stay.

You may see us at the shared laundry downstairs, but mostly we stay well away and leave you to enjoy your space. We are a text or call away though should you need us.

Your private access to your apartment suite is via the main front door to the second floor. Private access to the Queen Apartment Suite is via a shared stair well, to your front apartment door which is locked by you.
