Recently renovated our 3 rooms at Barns Serviced Accommodation feature en-suite bathrooms, HD flatscreen TVs with streaming services and super comfortable hotel quality beds and bedding. We are the perfect choice for couples, families, groups and solo travellers. Our location means we are a 5 minute walk from the Beach, Town Centre and Bus&Train Stations. We also follow all local and national guidance to keep our guest safe and COVID compliant.

The space
This newly appointed room, located at the rear of the property can be set up as 2 separate single beds or one super comfy king size bed. Our hotel quality bedding and mattresses offer guest unrivalled comfort.

This room has a yale lock ensuring guests security, high speed wi fi is available throughout with a 50 inch HD smart TV with a range of streaming services including Netflix.

Guests have use of a large private en-suite bathroom with rain water effect / walk in shower, hanging space, comfy chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, mirror and small refrigerator.

Guests also have full use of the kitchen and it facilities.

Beautifully appointed, this is our largest room with en-suite bathroom. Ideally suited to family and group bookings as it can take up to 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children). However this room is also popular with single and couple bookings looking for abit more luxury.

The hotel quality super king size bed can be split as 2 twin single beds, these also have 2 extra pull out trundle beds underneath so we can set the room out to meet any groups requirements.

The room is secured with a yale lock for security and peace of mind with hanging space for guests clothes.

Within the room we offer highspeed wifi available throughout and a 50inch HD flat screen smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Iplayer. A small fridge is also in the room for guests use. The room is ensuite.


Guests also have full use of the kitchen and it facilities.
