We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart of beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.
The space
The design of the cabins are based on the idea of having something different that was edgy but comfortable, loosely based on the style of Shepherd Huts. Taking into consideration that they be luxurious but simple, we want our guests to have as much opportunity to go and spend their time in the community.

The space

Escape the hustle and bustle of the everyday and indulge in a Caribbean paradise at this quiet retreat right on the calm waters of the lagoon! With private beachfront across the road, a dock, and a large deck for sipping your favorite tropical cocktails, you will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the ample sunshine. Kick your feet up in the hammock under the shade of the palapa while calming, sea breezes lull you to sleep. Or, cast directly off the dock and reel in a fresh Snapper or one of the many other species of fish that frequent the waters around the home. When everyone builds up an appetite, the well-equipped, full kitchen includes a gas range, coffee maker, blender, large fridge, and plenty of utensils to prepare the day's catch. Plus, the open layout of the living, dining, and kitchen areas makes for easy mingling and entertaining. Gather for game nights at the large dining table for six or kick back on the sofa for a movie night as the sun goes down. When it is time to hit the hay, all four bedrooms can be easily accessed with this single-story layout, so no one will have trouble getting a bit of shuteye when the stars come out.
The home offers prime access to the area's incredible natural attractions, including great shopping and restaurants in the villages throughout Maya Beach and the Placencia Peninsula. Snorkeling at the Belize Barrier Reef, the world's second-largest reef system, is just a quick day charter or boat ride away.
